Very responsive when I called to schedule an appointment (other places wanted to put me off for a week or 2!!)! They were able to come out the very next day! They said they would call before they came (which they did) & the technician they sent out was very personable & efficient! My a/c was not cooling. Our normal a/c people had diagnosed the problem but couldn't show up for two days to do the repairs. Totally unacceptable for a regular customer. I called Beckhams. Mike said they would send a guy over as soon as he finished the job he was on. Chris showed up about an hour later. He discovered that our blower motor module was inop and needed to be replaced, something the earlier company had not diagnosed. He didn't have one with him but called Mike who said he would get one and bring it over to our house while Chris pulled the old one out. Less than two hours later we're back to normal a/c and Beckhams have a customer for life. Couldn't have asked for better service or nicer people and the cost was reasonable for the work they did. Can't say enough about how impressed I was. Highly recommended. read more
