My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

Can not recommend this company. We had there technician over…read moreto repair a refrigerator in our boat. The technician said we needed a new compressor and left. The next week when we hadn't heard anything I called and was told that the person who orders parts had been out of the office. The next day the technician called us and told me he had talked to the compressor manufacturer and that he had to return to our boat to recheck the compressor because the Engineer at the compressor company didn't agree with his assessment of our compressor. I asked if we would be charged the $95 for a return visit and he assured me we would not. Turned out the the technician 's meter was bad and I loaned him mine now he said we needed a new thermostat. Days later he returned and replaced our thermostat and fan. His office charged our credit card but could not offer a receipt at that time. That night we learn that our light in the frig only comes on when the compressor is running and there is a loud rattle coming from the back of the frig. Luckily I have an electrical background and rewired it myself and tightened the screws holding the fan. After 3 weeks we received the bill and of course the $95 was there and we had been charged for it. Air Adjusters will not refund this money.

On the day of, we received a call saying they were backed up with people who didn't have a/c and could they come another day...we said sure, just come asap. Two days later (Saturday) or a/c went on the blink and we called for service. They had the gall to charge us for after hours service, while the problem would have been averted had they come when scheduled.... They only repaired the immediate problem; didn't perform the preventative maintenance and insisted charging an emergency fee. We said no way -- now they wont service us because we wont pay the 85.00 emergency charge.... FINE! CYA morons!

He goes up to my attic and turns on a shop vac, sucked out whatever was wrong with the drainage pipe like the dang Hawk Tuah girl would do. A/C clicked back on instantly. Just like ole Hawk Tuah, he emptied them pipes like it was nothing. If you ever need your A/C fixed, don't call her - call Climate Controllers. Todd never knew how much he and Hawk Tuah girl have in common.

Someone from.their company installed this part on my ac approx two years ago. Two competitors confirmed it caused a slow leak of refrigerant. Fast forward two more years...they charged me $120.00 to roll a truck, without disclosing tje fee ahead of time. I did write the check, so shame on me, but I put a sto payment on the check because they did not disclose the truck roll fee and I found out I had been frauded on previous service. I called immediately to tell them I was putting stop payment before they even submitted it to the bank. They said they would let ow ers know and I never received a call. Then, I received a statement and sent an email detailing all the reasons why I was not going to pay including I never received a confirmation call they were showing up. Last night I got a bill in the mail, and called in. It was after hours and I was told no way to reach the owner...guess that was wrong Rob did follow up a couple times until I had ti.e to call him back. Here's where it gets crazy, hes blamimg me.for not wanting to pay for crap service. He told me he thinks I don't want to pay because I didn't get result I wanted. Funny thing is I did pay, and less too because one of his competitors waived his hourly to refill the freon because I was duped by ac guys. Here was what AC Guys offered me: Well you have a freon leak dont know where it is, could last couple weeks, couple months, maybe a couple years! We just can't know unless you have someone else come out and trace the leak...and it was a leak their guy caused. Maybe I should charge AC guys for putting the wrong part on the ac. Maybe I should send a picture of the wro g part they installed to the EPA. For Rob's part...when I told him I would post on socials he said he would respond...these guys are now a franchise group with franchise fees and overhead. My opinion stay local for trades, away from franchises, Go ahead go to AC Guys website, zero, none, nada about truck roll fees. Book appt with them online...same thing, nothing. They dont say a damn thing about it until they get ready to leave, and then blame customer for letting them in (because I did have several others coming that day...none charged me to roll a truck) in the first place. So do what you want Nottinghill but as for this dude, never again! Looking back, wished never ever gave these dudes money to put the wrong part on my system, which is what caused this service request anyway.
