The staff instructed me to pull the car up next to their front entrance where an RN in full PPE had me fill out some papers and then did the actual swab. It was uncomfortable but painless and I never had to get out of my car. After two days they called me with the results; well within the stringent time limit of 48 hours before surgery. If you have to get it done then this is a really good spot with timely results and very little contact.
