Then sat in the room for another 15 minutes before she entered, upon her entering the room, or should I say after she barged in the room without knocking first, my mask was down below my nose. She stopped dead in her tracks, put her hand up and out in front of herself and demanded I put my mask up, I was taken aback by this as this is my first interaction with dr Duncan. I asked her if my mother could come in the room with me because she is a nurse and I wanted her to be able to ask questions I wouldn't think to ask (I've never had surgery before) She said "absolutely not" She then forced me to switch rooms because I "contaminated" the previous one by breathing through my nose. Her actions and demeanor were so rude and condescending that I asked to have her PA go over my results instead. I had to FaceTime my mother in the waiting room that was filled with 15 or more people to discuss my medical problems so apparently she doesn't follow the HIPPA laws either because other patients were telling me "good luck with your ankle" as I was walking out. I have never in my 33 years been treated like this by a medical "professional". And I most certainly would not allow someone of this low caliber to cut me open. I would prefer to let my dogs veterinarian treat me rather than Danielle C Duncun they certainly have better bedside manner that's for sure.

I almost hesitate in writing this because I know that means that more people will know about this office but they really are great so I knew I needed to share! Katie was the provider that helped me with 2 of my children on separate days. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us in quickly, which we appreciated because our daughter ended up having strep . I'm glad we were able to find a new pediatrician that was accepting new patients!

If you miss an appointment or need to change it, they're cool about it. 4. They are all friendly the bad 1. He's got bony legs and seems to be in a hurry sometimes, so when he goes to crack your back, sometimes he gives you a bruise or charley horse on your leg. It's only happened a handful of times over the past three years, so it's no big issue. If he used a soft pad, it would help prevent this. 2. i wish he would check and do leg pull adjustments sometimes He is a good chiropractor who cares and is worth the visit.
