Day of rescheduled appointment, I called to verify the time again. The office told me that, "Glad you called, we actually have to cancel." This was two hours before my appointment and after having to take a half day of work off. They weren't even going to let me know and I would have driven all the way in to be turned away again. I've had difficulties being able to talk to the doctor and discuss some pressing issues I've been experiencing. I would not recommend this office simply because of the scheduling staff.

Dr. Russell is fine, but some staff are difficult to deal with. They act as if it's a real bother…read morewhen you call to get results or ask for anything other than the bare minimum. They also sometimes order unnecessary tests.
