They failed to update their records when I moved and my bills for all my insurance went to the old address and were not forwarded. My homeowners insurance was cancelled without my knowledge (mortgage company did not notify me either which is odd) and my auto expired and I was driving without insurance for 6 months!! I just happened to think it was odd that I had not seen a bill for the auto recently so I called them. They never even bothered to call me and I have been a customer for over 10 years with 2 cars and 9 properties and life insurance with them!!! The old owner (Neil Farmer of the Farmer Group) was great but all the old staff is gone and these guys have lousy customer service. What does an agent get paid for once they write a policy?? SERVICE! And these guys are terrible.
