I started shopping around, and after interviewing several people, I feel like I found such a gem in Shelley Gaffney. Shelley spent hours over several phone sessions, educating me about our options and asking very detailed questions that led to us getting breaks in some areas and discovering we needed more coverage in others. She represents 30 or so different carriers and was able to find us the best coverage for the lowest price with a well-rated group.
