My husband, who is a professional CDL truck driver, was driving and had me--his legal wife, with a marital ownership interest in the matter--speak on his behalf when she requested documents he physically could not provide while operating a commercial vehicle. The moment I started speaking, her tone completely shifted. She spoke to me as if I were a child who couldn't understand basic information, despite us being educated and already having researched what we needed. Her demeanor was condescending, with what I felt were microaggressions and racial undertones. She seemed to be on a power trip, telling me she would have to end the call if I "over-talked" her when I wasn't doing that at all. Rather than even begin arguing with someone acting like they were above me, I hung up. She needs to argue in the courtroom not with clients. I immediately called back to request another attorney, but was told no one else was available. While LegalShield overall has been helpful for me over the years, this particular attorney needs professionalism training. I would never pay her a cent for her services outside of this membership
