I cannot count how many times their hours have been a huge lifesaver because we're out running errands and I need to deposit a check and get cash. There is also hardly ever a line at this location, so I'm in and out quickly. The tellers here are really nice and quick. They'll chat with you if you want, or they'll wish you a happy day/evening/weekend and you're on your way to your next errand. Definitely a good experience each time. Between the convenience and the customer service, this is probably the branch I bank with most often.

I came today around 3:50 and it was another story. The woman was short in her answers. I could hardly understand her. She did not even offered to put my cash in the envelope and showed me where they were. When I told her how I wanted my cash she interrupted me and gave me a paper to write my simple request. ( I think her conversational skills are intermediate level and can't understand. I am not sure). When I was done, I asked if there are any available boxes. She interrupted me and told me I don't know , maybe not. Unbelievable this person. I asked her if I could add my name in the waiting list she told they don't have one. I told her the one on 8th St has one and she told me all branches are different. I told her" Whatever" and left. She was rude and her behavior totally unacceptable. What I do not understand is that we are paying for a service and I did not get good service today. I got the type of service that you get in a McDonalds. When he went in to get one, he was informed that there is a long waiting list and he must have called the wrong branch. Nope. We came to this Bank of America branch to have Fidelity documents notarized. We were left confused and frankly unsettled. There was no clear reason given for the refusal, which made the experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. When the manager came over, instead of clarifying the situation or offering a solution, we were told: "She is not comfortable, so please use another BofA branch or the public notary across the street. This is a courtesy we offer--we don't have to offer it to you." That response only made things worse. We went to a public notary across the street and were treated with respect and kindness--exactly what you would expect as a customer. Because of this experience, we are closing our accounts with Bank of America. I would strongly recommend saving yourself the frustration and going to a different branch--or even a different bank altogether.

They made sure to call their corporate headquarters and figure out with their fraud dept why my old account was still stuck in limbo for the last 72+ hours. I walked in and told them I was incurring late charges on my credit card because my mobile banking was disabled. What an amazing team. They were able to get everything and I mean EVERYTHING done in not even 48 hours to be exact. I think it was more like 32 and that's only because I am giving their team the refresh of overnight system reboot or whatever. I love this branch.
