We find that they are well stocked, too bad they closed the Rivers Av store but we don't mind coming here because we can hit a wholesaler nearby too Great price for the Sodastream refills and nobody beats the price or if they do they give you an attitude, not here. Bed, Bath, and Beyond is a great place to shop for home items and also gifts. If you're getting married, definitely set up a registry here! First, they send you coupons in the mail all the time. 20% off, $5 off of $15, etc. The best thing is those coupons do not expire- they will continue to take them. Second, they have a new online ordering system where you can pick your item up in the store, and it's great. A few times I shopped here not knowing they had this, and I searched for items on my friend's registry, still wondering if I got the correct item when I got to the checkout. Now, you can "order" online with your credit card, pick it up in the store. You basically reserve the item with the card, they don't charge you (like a hotel reservation, I guess). When you get there, you tell them/show them the email, they hand you the item, you pay... and you can still use a coupon! No more having to print out the whole registry and look around the store for the item. Third, free gift wrap area at the front of the store! You do have to wrap it yourself, but at least the supplies are there. One caveat... BB&B has some great stuff, but they also have lots of As Seen On TV and other stuff that's a little sketchy or junky. But, if you avoid that you can find some great items and also great deals. If you like Tervis, they sell those and it's a lot better than the other stores because you can use the coupons from the mail on them. read more

The transition to online is not yet working. Do not buy anything you may remotely need to return ! I tried to return outdoor sofa cushions and they wanted $25 for a $49 cushion to return. I called Customer service and explained the folly and non competitiveness of this policy and had the fee reduced. When the refund processed-- you guess it - there it was!! Had to call 5 times to get it straightened out , (dealing with a heavily accented customer service team which is difficult for me to understand as I have significant hearing loss even with hearing aids). They didn't release labels in line with UPS policies, didn't honor their word regarding shipping fees and, took weeks to refund . Not there yet. read more

The West Ashley Bed Bath & Beyond is awesome. They have everything you need to make your house a home and beyond. The staff is super helpful in finding anything they have in the store and go out of their way to make sure that you are helped. I really like coming here to check out all of the cool stuff and play around with the gadgets and search for a more comfortable pillow. read more

This store has lots of good gift options, but it is extremely over priced! Of course, the coupons in the mail help if you remember it!! Also, the scent of strong perfume scented sachets and candles is nauseating. I had to get in and out quick. It's not a pleasant shopping experience when you feel nauseated, and you just want to check out ASAP! As for the service, I was asked how I was doing multiple times by the same person! I don't want to complain, because I would rather be over assisted than not assisted at all. I like the concept of bed bath and beyond, and it is a great quick stop for things for the home, but I will definitely think twice before going again. They have got to realize that there are many people who are sensitive to strong smells! read more

I have always had good experiences at this store. Staff always offer assistance and guidance and have a good attitude while doing it. I recently had a specific reason to be shopping here, not just to waste a day looking around at all of the things I want if I were remodeling or had limitless amounts of money. This time, I was on a search for "cubicle curtains". Yeah, I said it. What an odd request, right? We needed to maintain professionalism in the office setting, but also wanted them to be a little fun (imagine some pop of color). Staff had voiced that they did not want anything to completely block out all of the natural light...there is a huge double glass door in front of this area that let's in the outside...so sheers were going to be the way to go. It's great when you live in a cubicle city to know if it's day or night outside, but at the same time, you don't want every visitor to feel like you are the greeting party and available for any question they might have upon arrival. Staff do need to get some work done after all! I made several trips in the end, but what I liked about the experiences were the helpfulness of staff, and the ability to take several options to match to the colors of the cubicles in the office, share with staff so they could have some input into the decision, and bring back what didn't work. They assured me that returns would not be an issue, and they weren't. At all. I also initially paid on my personal credit card and needed the final purchase to be on the company card. It all worked out more smoothly than I had envisioned. When I initially explained to the employee what I needed the curtains for, she jumped right in and started showing me some options. We discussed lengths since the cubicles were an in between size at roughly 82" tall. I ended up hemming them a couple of inches myself, but they had even suggested going to a local craft store since patrons and staff teach classes and often do work on the side for a nominal fee. They saw my overall issue and offered valuable input in resolving it. I would definitely return to this store for any household needs, personal or work-related. read more

I really don't like this type of store very much, but I will say this place is very well laid out and the staff was over the top helpful and friendly. I was able to find any one and ask whatever questions I had. Even if you're not there to outfit your whole home, you can find something you need and get ideas for later projects as well. I do think they can be a bit overpriced on a few items, however, you should be able to find a coupon anywhere. read more

I love the selection here and the coupons you get in the mail and email are a big help...I just saved $50 on a new vacuum! The only reason that I knocked off one star is because the store is so crammed, it's downright claustrophobic. I had a cart which barely fit down the aisles. Forget about turning around with it, you just have to back down the aisle because there are so many displays everywhere. I like the store and of course I'll be back, especially since I can order online and pick up in the store. And still use my coupon. I like the fact that price tags --actual stickers -- are on each and every item! No wondering about prices or having to find a "price it here" computer. Yay for old school! read more

My five star Friday pick is Bed Bath and Beyond! Super fun store to shop in. Especially those of us who are renovating part of their house. The folks that work there are really nice and helpful. One neat thing is if you buy a gift there for a wedding you can get it shipped for free! Plus they'll wrap it too! Sweet! Another neat thing we found out is if we want an item and it's not in the store they will order it and have it shipped to your house for free. Love the free stuff. This is one of the smallest Bed Bath & Beyond locations I've visited. It is also pretty messy and cluttered. A lot of the items were labeled incorrectly or in the wrong spot. A lot of empty spaces on shelves as well. And clearance items on aisle shelves were overflowing onto the floor. Not very tempted to come back. read more

Bed Bath and Beyond needs to organize their lines better it's a cluster f! My girlfriend and I waited in a line for 15 minutes.A lady had a bridal registry checkout. Instead of calling for a back up cashier she left the people in front of us and behind us waiting. She then opened opened a new register (15 minutes later) apologized and told us all to come to a new register,in which,they allowed other people to jump in that line that were not waiting. We left with out our purchase. It is always a mess with the lines at Bed Bath and Beyond. We will not go to the Orleans location again. The worst part was their were a lot of employees walking around that could have opened a register quickly. read more

Purchased some new sheets today, expensive sheets, just to find out later that not only is there a hole in these "new" sheets, but that someone has drawn a big green circle around said hole. We were doing some spring cleaning today and the packaging a receipt are somewhere in the county dump by now. Great, can't take them back, just stuck with ripped sheets that I paid full price for. Never trusting BB&B again, even though the employees were very nice. read more
