A good selection and fair prices. We ended up getting lvp and they were really helpful with loading it onto the truck. When we realized the pallet weighed too much for the truck they unloaded half of it by hand so we could take it and come back for the other half. We were also able to return the extra boxes we didn't end up using no problem! Only reason I took off a star was their installers had one of the highest quotes of anyone we spoke to and a really long wait time, so we ended up not using them but I would go back if I ever needed more flooring supplies. read more

I'm really torn here because half my experience was great and the other half was a wreck. I loved the selection, the prices were very reasonable, and the guy Dominique helping us was going the extra mile to get us the product we were looking for. That's where the positive points end. We chose a tile that happened to be one of the only out of stock options. They had it at other stores, but it would need to be shipped and we would need to pay the shipping fee from store to store (which is not the case with most big box stores). I was willing to pay the fee (about $60), but only if it was going to get here in the timeframe I needed for my installer. I had the option of driving to Savannah myself to pick it up, but that wasn't ideal. They assured me that the tile would be shipped out Monday morning and that it would be in store as early as Wednesday or as late as Friday. I asked that once they have the created tracking number to call me on Monday so I can get a better idea and I was assured I would receive a call. Guess what, the tile didn't ship on Monday. Nor did it ship on Tuesday, and it took call after call and starting over with different employees after no follow up to figure it out. Throughout the whole process, we had to call in to them to find out what was going on. Nobody was taking responsibility and just blaming someone else or the other store. Eventually they got everything straightened out and refunded my $60 shipping fee for the hassle. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule with my installer twice because of the mishapp and extended the time of my kitchen facelift by an additional week. It really comes down to people following through on their word and it bothers me when people say they will do things and then just blatantly don't and never follow up. I understand that my situation would not have occurred if the tile was simply in stock and I walked out the door with it, but the additional headaches of the process really soured the experience for us. read more

This was my first time going here and absolutely the last. I went to this store 1 1/2 hours after they opened and was unable to find ANY assistance for 30 minutes. I walked around. Called the store and no one answered the phone and evenly it automatically hung up. To say they have "great selections" is a joke. The flooring I asked about was ALL the same wood look pattern only different colors. Seriously? I FINALLY spoke to a manager and he told me they don't schedule workers in until later. So....we're supposed to just walk around until the decide to have workers to help us? I will never go back! read more

Floor & Decor has an amazing selection of tiles and flooring. It's sure to have just what you need to take your home from builder to custom. I initially went in search of LVP flooring because I was having a hard time finding the look and the quality I was after. Lo and behold! I found it and then some. There were so many to choose from my mind was blown. I purchased a few samples to take home to make sure I liked them ( your money is returned when you bring back the product). The samples looked and felt great underfoot. The staff here was so very helpful. Every time I came across someone, they offered their assistance. The tile selection is insane....if you don't have an idea of what you are looking for be prepared to be overwhelmed. I kept choosing various ones and they definitely did not coordinate with anything or each other. So I had to take a step back and gather myself! Either way....I will be back to get my flooring from here. Maybe some other things too! read more

Don't waste your time calling the 843-619-4320(maybe they have hot line). I was looking for some matching tile in June I call 2 or 3 times the phone just rings until the calls are drop. My shower door latch is broken. My house was /built by Schmacher and I moved in 07/28/20. Schmacher referred me to Floor and Decor as the installer. Same thing happen today(08/14/23. Biggest tile store in the world ( at least it seems like it). Free truck giveaway and Food on this the grand opening night. I'm impressed. As big as a Walmart but clean and you don't feel like you need a shower after a visit. I would check this place out for any and all your tile needs ( I've never seems so much). I emailed this to Floor and Decor Customer Care 5 days ago and have received NO response! "We had a HORRID experience I had in your North Charleston location yesterday afternoon. We were purchasing a sample of hardwood and the cashier (Jordan) went from rude to behaving in a threatening manner which had us fearing for our safety. We went to the cash wrap to check out and buy a sample of engineer hardwood flooring ( woodland reserve Ellsworth oak) as we are looking to do 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 utility room (600 sq feet) in our house (Over $5,000.00 worth of this flooring). The cashier (Jordan) did not say any thing to us, just scanned the item and asked me for my phone number. I gave him my phone number and he the proceeded to say something I could not understand. He was talking down towards the keyboard and we had plexiglass between us, I asked him if he could please repeat himself. He repeated what ever he said but again, mumbled downward and I was unable to hear him. For the second time I asked him if he could repeat himself that I was having a hard time hearing him due to the plexiglass. He looked up at me and said don't worry about it. I asked him to repeat what he was asking me now that I could hear him. He snapped at me "never mind". I asked him what he was referring to and he snapped "register, do you want to register", so I asked register for what and he (louder and more aggressively) snapped "I already told you three times!". At that point, I asked him if he was serious (referring to his attitude and how he was treating us)? He yelled back at me something along the lines of yea and what was I going to do about it? I was horrified at how he was speaking to us and I asked for his manager. He proceeded to laugh and point to his manager as the manager came rushing over. The manager (Tristan) asked what was the matter and I told him the cashier was being incredibly rude for no reason, at this point the cashier was yelling towards us and started to come out from behind the counter stepping towards us making us feel threatened for our safety if we did not exit the store. I told the manager I wanted to talk outside because I did not feel safe being near the cashier. The cashier was still being aggressive and saying things to us and moving towards us so we stepped into the breeze way with Tristan who went on to apologize and tell us that Jordan is a known issue and unfortunately there is not much he can do about it. You can imagine how overwhelmed and shocked I was to hear a manager say there was nothing he could do about his employee making customers feel unsafe in the store. I am reaching out to give floor and decor the opportunity to address this horrid experience before I post negative reviews on social media platforms but it is important you know that I was 1 minute from calling the police due to the employee's harassing behavior, if he had stepped one more time in our direction, we would have called and I truly believe if we had not stepped out of the store, we would have been forced to involve law enforcement." Pretty disturbing to see a company not care that their customers felt unsafe and threatened by their cashier!! I would much rather go to Home Depot for a comparable product where I am always greeted and taken care of. read more

Floor and Decor, or as I affectionately refer to it, "the SKY CITY" of tile stores. I love it and loathe it at the same time. While you can find decent tile at great prices, you are going to work for it! When I say work for it, I mean break your back because you didn't preorder online and ....ain't nobody got time that..... when you ask can you get some assistance loading it to your cart and don't even think about assistance loading it in your car... they all stare at you breaking your back loading it, while they leave and go home at the end of the day. And don't forget when you check out, if you have a cashier like we just had... he doesn't care you're dropping a few grand... you are going to do all the work yourself at check out too. I mean, you are going to get responses like,"how many little you got??? What you got??? Huh? How many ?? No I can't walk to the box w the scanner . Huh. What??? Ok. Let me also check myself out too. Hell, I might as well apply for a job . Maybe management . But wait, wasn't it just management that called over the loud speaker, " we got 9 minutes people, get your area right, so we can leave at 7"! Never mind the customer that just screwed their back up working for you and the same customer that repeatedly spends a good chunk of money here. I will make sure to order online from now on. She assured me that it will be a fantastic experience and I'll be very pleased with Kattie's savvy design expertise. I cannot express how mad and disappointed I am in Floor and Decor. We bought marble tile for our new guest bathroom back in November. We had an experience tile professional install the tile, but when taking out the spacers for the tile, they all started to chip. Almost every tile had chips in it. Clearly not a "more durable" marble as advertised and either very shoddy tile or these was a problem with this batch. At that point we contacted floor and decor and told them of the issue and asked them to replace the tile and the cost to reinstall it. At that point they told us we would need to have an independent tile inspection performed (at $650 of our own expense) from a list of Floor & Decor inspectors. Which we did. He found that indeed the tiles were defective and did not find any install reason as to why the tile should have chipped in that manner. We sent the report back and were told we should hear back in up to 48 hours. Now three weeks later, we finally heard back. And they are not covering anything. Absolutely incredible. What a dishonest company. I would NEVER trust Floor & Decor again and I would STRONGLY advise anyone from using floor and decor. We have done everything they asked of us and now not only have defective tile (which has been sitting for 2 months waiting for a decision) we are also out the $650 independent tile inspection that THEY Requested...which was found to be in OUR favor. Please avoid Floor & Decor. We will likely be pursing legal action at this point. read more

I think a lot of people are not clear on what this place is. It's a tile and flooring warehouse, not a boutique, there are no salespeople, no concierge. Primarily for contractors and knowledgeable DIYers. It has a huge selection, but what you see is what you get. There's no 'back room', it's all out on the floor. If you go in not knowing anything, you're gonna have a bad time. For what it is, it's great. Nice prices and very good selection even up to expensive finishes. If you have a contractor to do your work, bring them. If you don't know much, learn before you go. read more

Horrible customer service, "IF" you ever buy from this store don't make any plans to have your tile installed by a certain date. They tell you that the balance of your order will be in, in 7 days but what really what happens is they have no clue when it will be in. We purchased tile and were told that we need more than they had in stock, so we believed them, and planned on having it installed on a certain date, giving it extra time from when it was suppose to be in, now I have a tile man coming but not enough tile. They tell me it's not in, then I asked to speak to a supervisor and they say it is in but still on the truck, she can't promise that it will be ready for pick up. Damn I should have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot. Sorry but I'm just pissed, one employee tells you the truck will be here at 2 and the item will be ready at 4. They open till 7 pm, that's 5 hours to unload a truck, seems like enough time to me. Thank you I vented and feel better, but I will not go back to buy anything there again. read more

First thing you hear when you call this location is that face masks are required for the safety of customers and employees. Their website states the same. Yet you go in and this policy is not enforced. When I asked about It they say the DO NOT enforce it. There were customers without masks and employees with theirs under their nose. I guess it takes them more then a year to learn this basic safely measure. i spoke with the assistant manager and was told that they no longer require masks. Their phone message, the sign on the door and their website are all wrong. So I feel dooped into shopping at a place I thought was safe. read more

Went for a subway tile mosaic. Checked on-line and found what we needed with a quantity given that was more than enough to do the job. Arrived at store and found the product. Unfortunately, the actual quantity on hand was not enough to do the job. Found someone to check for more stock. They went to check another location in the store while we waited. We waited over 15 minutes without any feedback. The store was not busy. We walked in the direction that the clerk went but could not find her. We waited another 5 minutes and decided to call it quits. On the way out we ran into the clerk that went to check, she did not even remember us for a few moments. Then said "Oh yeah, we don't have any more". No offer to order more or make any other suggestions. This is poor customer service. You have a nice store, but are lacking in any helpful or meaningful customer service. read more
