I thought the mishap on the installation was a fluke (left a washer out of the connecting hose!). Now we have this issue and repeated returns over a simple broken belt!!!! They couldn't schedule anyone to come out and measure it for weeks and gave me a half-ass quote without installation. They also wanted to charge me to come and measure the door (even though they have records of exactly what door they installed hundreds of times with my builder, based on our model.) I am so glad I found PRECISION SHOWER DOOR!!!
