My materials were ready on time in coordination with a separate company that was installing the granite countertop and tile. I had no trouble returning excess material. There was a huge selection and Belle helped me special order purple tile as an accent. I would shop here again.

"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the deceptive sales practices at this Floor & Decor location in Mansfield, TX. On August 11, 2024, my wife visited this store to purchase materials. Since she doesn't speak English, she was assisted by a Spanish-speaking employee. To convince her to buy a larger amount of product, the employee offered her a special promotional financing plan of 24 months with zero interest through Synchrony Bank. My wife met the purchase requirements and trusted the employee's word. My wife has been making automatic payments responsibly. However, on March 11, we noticed a massive charge of $1,421 in interest, plus extra monthly fees. When we called Synchrony Bank to dispute this, they informed us that the contract signed in the store was only for 18 months, not the 24 months we were promised in Spanish. The store employee completely took advantage of my wife's language barrier to lock her into a shorter contract just to make a sale. This is an unethical, misleading, and predatory way to treat customers. We are currently demanding that management takes responsibility for their employee's false promises and helps us resolve this issue with the bank. Do not trust what the sales associates promise you verbally at this store!"

I know it's the holidays but this seems like a normal Sunday to them. Starting from getting my basket outside to get it in the store and seeing a barbecue restaurant in the store. A car wash on the property with a gas station on the property. This is an all-in-one grocery store food chain. I see it's very popular here in Texas and this is my first time truly experiencing the H-E-B moment. Really some of the highlights is they have a lot of people checking you out. It's actually real people, they have baggers that bag your grocery up. They will help escort you to your vehicle. This is old school customer service type grocery store and the prices are just the same as anywhere else if not a better deal. I definitely understand why my sister, friends and family have all talked so good about this store and I am proud to see them in the DFW area growing tremendously. Please keep up the good work. With the prices increasing, I've started to spread my wings and look at other places for my weekly shopping. I visit Walmart, Aldi, and now H-E-B. Like gas, many of us are now shopping where we can find the best deals, even if that means splitting up our shopping lists. I don't know if with this store, you can pay for a membership that will waive delivery fees; if so, I may do that when the store in Euless opens. Since COVID, I've been glued to delivery. Some stores I will visit (Aldi, Central Market, H-E-B, etc.), but I'm mostly a delivery gal. I took a chance and ordered strawberries, and it was a chance worth making. They are delicious and were chosen well. Placing my order online was very easy, and even with my delivery being done in the evening, they still had everything in stock. If I may add, I did get one of their famous iced croissants, and it was worth the hype. I love H-E-B!

The problem is we didn't know we had to exchange the old for a new for it to be covered through Moore. Which isn't their fault! We had bought a water heater from HD, then called to get it credited. They did a good job of sourcing the marble needed to blend in with what was already there. On the house I sold, I looked it over pretty good, and was happy that I saw straight grout lines. No little chips in the marble anywhere, it was a good job. They get in and get work done. I've never had any problem with them flaking out on when they are supposed to show up for work. They have most of the stuff prepared, so when they get there, it's more a matter of installing it, and not spending time "trying to get stuff to fit". The guys that have done work have always been nice, and they've answered any questions or concerns I had, even when I was probably just being an idiot about what I was asking. Last time I used them, they had just moved to a place in Burleson where they said they opened a showroom. I didn't go out there to look, but this was a couple of years ago. Also, I happened to be talking to the owner last time and found out they also do a lot of subcontracting work. I haven't needed anything like that, but I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask them in the future if I needed anything. Been happy with all the work they've done.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
