Never did a good job! They are awful people for starters. They misaligned three faucets in the bathroom's granite , did a bad job on the tile grout, and sold a whole slab of granite that we paid for future use without contacting us. We are doing another project so therefore we do not have matching granite. If we had not already paid for it and just hoped it would still be around that would be one thing. And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! I recently purchased a home that had a built in oven and cooktop and wanted to replace it with a new slide in range. I called and they sent someone out the next day to take a look at the job and provide a quote. I wanted to when this all down before Thanksgiving and they were able to get me an appointment quickly! They came out and removed the old appliances, cut the granite and reinstalled and cleaned up. They were so quick and the granite looks perfect!! I ended up at MTM Services after an attempt to source a granite bathroom sink combo through a national home supply chain went completely sideways. My entire bathroom remodel was complete except for the vanity top! Fortunately, I'd passed this granite company multiple times, so I decided to swing by one day to see if they could help us. We were able to quickly pick out the granite remnant we needed from their scrap yard. MTM had the selection of undermount sinks and edge finishes easily visible in their showroom to select from for my order. That week they were able to come out to my home and measure prior to cutting the granite to make sure that it fit. I believe they were able to come and install it within 3 weeks. The plumbing for the faucet was not within their installation services. They had a plumber available as a referral or I could use my own. After obtaining several quotes from different contractors, we chose MTM because they are very close to our home and offered the best bang for the buck. In addition to countertops, they also install tile back splashes and provide some remodeling services. We had them install a travertine back splash and remove a bathtub. They were able to install one huge slab of granite in one area of our kitchen that others wanted to cut into two pieces that would have resulted in a seam. We were so pleased with the kitchen that we called them back to do our master bathroom counter tops. The process for obtaining granite involves 3 visits. One visit to measure and provide quote, second visit to do the template (very detailed measuring needed for fabrication), third visit to install. My experience with MTM was very positive from beginning to end. From the 1st phone call to the installation I was very impressed with this company. I was able to visit their location in Mansfield to select the granite for my kitchen and laundry room. They made templetts to allow me to place the pieces how I wanted. The granite is cut perfectly, fits perfect and looks beautiful. I also purchased a granite sink and new faucet through them which made it very easy for me. There was a problem with my sink but the owner of the company, Scott came personally to my house the next day and replaced the sink at no cost to me. Trent, Scott, Brenda are all AMAZING! We sat down with Trent at MTM and decided to go with new quartz countertops and the backsplash. They also removed a pony wall from behind the sink. They kept the schedule that was set but unfortunately while installing the counters one of the workers injured his hand and they had to leave. Because of this the seam between the two pieces of quartz set wrong and was unseemly. Trent had his guys come back out to try and polish the seam but it didn't make a difference so we scheduled to have them come back and pull the slabs apart again to grind and reset it in hopes it would be what we wanted. They even had a backup date set in case we were still not happy to put in a new slab but that wasn't needed. We are very happy with the service they provided and would absolutely use MTM again in the future. read more

We had MTM install granite counter tops throughout our home in november. We had shopped at other big box stores and Jeds, but weren't happy with the selection. When we went to MTM they showed us what pieces they had on hand and even sent us to a really cool granite showroom in fort worth. We picked out our stones from the other location and MTM picked them up. MTM came to our home and did their measurements, came back about a week later for the installation. We had our entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms redone in granite and it only took MTM about 5 hours to install everything. They did have one mismeasurement in the kitchen, but as soon as they realized it they took the slab back to their mansfield warehouse and recut it the same day to correct the problem. They were very nice and informative and competitively priced. read more

I found the folks at MTM Granite easily available and responsive to our project. We remodeled our master bathroom and were shopping for a level-1 granite piece for our vanity, pony wall, and shower floor curb. There was a misunderstanding on the piece we selected on site and in person, as to what was actually installed. As it turns out, there are variations of Gallo Ornamental Classic, and we realized it after the guys had installed it. After much evaluation and contemplation we contacted our representative Trent that evening (8pm), who immediately responded and said he would look into first thing in the morning. Trent called us the next morning to inform us that our selected piece was still there and that they will FULLY take care of the replacement cost (tear out and install again). We were concerned about the tear out, but the guys did a great job and had a quick turn around in resolving the issue. As we learned remodeling can be headache at times, and when things don't go right or are not to your satisfaction, then it is important to know that you are dealing with a company that takes pride in what they do. The salesman Trent and the installer James completely took those concerns away and made it right! Of course it is their intention is to do it right the first time, but when they recognized a mishap, they were quick to ensure it will be corrected ASAP, with no additional cost to us.
