By the middle of May I was done hearing Missy say Darren would be calling me every time I asked when would could be on the schedule. That said, the service unfortunately took away from the experience. When we walked in, the young woman working did not greet us, ask if it was our first time, or engage at all while we shopped. After I selected my stems and waited at the register, she did swap out a broken rose for me, which I appreciated, but there was still no eye contact or conversation. What stung was watching her interact warmly with another customer and even ask about what brought her in, while I was never acknowledged. For a place that feels so special, I was hoping the customer service would match the atmosphere. I am knocking off 2 stars for that, because it left the visit feeling disappointing.
