Just left the store bought 400.00 dollars worth of stuff hadn't realized the employees were totally profiling us. There were four police officers waiting at the front of the store!!! WTH!!!! People just because I'm Brown and filling my cart does NOT mean I'm stealing!!! Actually thought they were there for some customers that reeked of marijuana it wasn't until the officers followed me out of the store after I paid that I realized they were there for me!!!! Ugh I'm so disgusted by the profiling I received. I live in this community and how dare those employees ASS ume I was going to steal. Too bad for me the store closed and I was unable to return my stuff. I'm going back tomorrow to return everything! This place lost my business forever today. For YEARS they've never enforced the expiration date on their discount coupons, but suddenly today they did. This isn't the end of the World, but at a time where this company nationwide is bleeding money and closing stores as fast as they can, along comes some clown clerk who decides to play cop. This chain used to be the gold standard and I always thought it was overpriced but worth it for the value. No more. Shelves are empty, staff is clueless, and the company feels like it's on the verge of bankruptcy. Maybe it is. Either way, I'm sad and disappointed with my experience. End of an era. Three customers at the same time viewed the vacuum cleaners. Three of the samples on display were absolutely filthy with the clear plastic debris containers far dirtier than one would expect even if the product were used. All three of us left. read more

It seems as though every time I need something from them a 20% off couple arrives in the mail. I pleasantly surprised to find out that if you have more than one coupon they will let you use both of them on the same visit. So 20% off a larger item and $5 off another item. And they also let you use expired coupons. Reasonable prices and a lot of locations. read more

Store manager extremely rude and unfriendly. She didn't like the way my mask was worn and asked us to leave. Not a good influence on my granddaughter who was with us. The store is very cluttered and chaotic in the morning. Unprocessed freight blocking the aisles, giant ladders in front of shoppable areas. Saw three associates, including the one and only at the register/customer service desk. Came to pick up a bridal registry item that I had to locate myself. There were lines with the one checkout operator. With another employee standing in line waiting to buy a drink, apparently for her break. I understand than employees need breaks...but at least take your name tag off and get your nose out of your smart phone so all the people in line are not staring at you wondering why you're not hopping on a register to assist them. The customer always comes first. Of course you don't expect this kind of service at Walmart...but when you are shopping an overpriced store, you expect to have top-notch service at all times. After purchasing the bridal gift one would assume that they would gift wrap it for you. I was directed to the self-serve gift wrap station where I proceeded to do it myself. Still only one cashier. Not what I expected from Bed Bath & Beyond. Apparently this retail store has low expectations from its Associates to compensate for their their overpriced merchandise. I like BBB. The everyday pricing might be a little more expensive than you fine elsewhere. Example: You might pay $1 more for an OXO Good Grips Smooth Edge Can Opener than you would at Target. However, they often have sales and clearance items. The BBB have a nice broad selection of items for the kitchen (gadgets, tools, etc.). Which is what i most frequently buy. On a recently visit, I found a couple neat dog toys on clearance pricing. Perhaps most importantly, as noted by Cheryl, you can almost always find a 20% off (or less frequently $5 off) coupon. read more

While this place is a bit on the pricey side, the products they carry are usually very high quality. They have so many different things that I never knew I needed for my kitchen and house. I was looking for a collapsible grater there last night and couldn't find it. I went out to the BB&B website and found an item. Dawn came to my rescue and looked it up in the store and found that they had zero of them and didn't have any on order. She arranged to have it shipped to my house with no shipping charges since the store should carry it. I bought 4 items and used 3 20% coupons and a $5 coupon. All of these coupons were expired and they still let me use them! I believe Patty was the manager on duty and she helped out a bit when there were some questions. From this one experience I would give the place 5 stars however, in the past I have wandered around lost and had employees walk past me without offering any aid. What would give this place 5 stars is better signage where things are and employees offering to help more, although if it's too much that becomes a bother so, you have to figure out some fine line there. read more

When I just need to shop, but don't feel like dealing with the People of Wal-Mart and Target just isn't sounding all that appealing this is where I shop. I love to walk around and look at all the gadgets in this store and see what the latest and greatest 'As Seen On TV' products are. This store usually has a pretty decent amount of clearance product they are trying to get rid of. I feel like this place needs a lot more room. Everything is so jam packed in, but chances are they have what you are looking for. I actually like the location over by Park Meadows much better in terms of displays, roominess, etc. None-the-less, I'm happy to shop here when the mood strikes me. The staff at this location seems to pay a lot less attention to helping the customer find what they are looking for. read more

In general, BBB is overpriced, but they have a wide selection of items and are a good option for wedding registries. This particular BBB is smaller than the one by Park Meadows Mall, so they have less of a selection. We registered at BBB for our wedding and had several items to return. The return process went very smoothly -- we didn't bring our gift receipts so they simply looked up our registry at the check out counter. Because of the smaller store size, there were a few items on our list that they did not have in stock. A sales associate gladly helped us locate the item online and had it shipped to our house for free. Because we were buying other items in-store with a coupon, she let us use the coupon towards the online purchase, which was great! All the sales associates at this BBB were very friendly and helpful! read more

This store has the friendliest staff and they take extra steps to ensure that the customers and staff remains safe during Covid. The cashiers are efficient and accurate. I can see why the bigger stores are closing but this smaller store is doing well! read more

For Pete's sake! Either get smaller carts or wider aisles. It's a horrible shopping experience. They had these huge wicker chairs sitting in the exit aisle and you had to go out of the way to just exit the store if someone was in line at the register. It's ridiculous. This store doesn't seem to have the best selection compared to other BBB stores. Often they don't carry items and I have to drive to the Lone Tree store. If they can order it and have it shipped to you, they will. On my last visit here, the aisles were filled with clearance items and the store felt cluttered and junky. Most of the employees have been friendly when I've needed help. I am hoping with all.of the growth in the area, that this store will improve over time and will be like the Lone Tree location. read more

I am a big fan of BBB and even registered for my wedding gifts with them. This is my first experience at this location and it was frustrating to say the least. The employees had no knowledge how to do a return with a gift registry. One employee instigated that people gave you gift receipts for each gist you receive; she has obviously never gotten married. I am disappointed because I just moved into the area and really liked my old store. I really hope they get some additional training! read more

My go to place for around-the-house stuff. Typically they will have stuff that no one else has, and the quality is much better than what you will find elsewhere. Be warned....DO NOT BUY BEE & WILLOW CURTAINS! I had these curtains less than 3 months and washed them according to the instructions given. They shrunk, not just a little, but to the point of not being able to use them. I had been told by someone in their customer service department (Parker, CO) that I could return them. I went within the following week or so to return and lo and behold their return policy had changed and they would not take them back nor would they offer store credit! I then asked if I could contact the manufacturer directly to see about getting refunded that way and the store manager went to get the info for me. She comes back and tells me that Bee & Willow is their brand and that there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable. A store credit would have made me very happy but now they've burned another customer. No wonder they are having to close stores right and left. You've been warned....do not buy their Bee & Willow brand!! read more
