I​ bought online. Parts were missing. I notified them weeks ago. It seems they keep making things harder for you to send things back to them to collect your refund. Avoid the new online store like the plague! They charge you 6.99 to have a pillow shipped and $20.15 to return it!!! You can't print your own if you are returning it. I couldn't log on with my longstanding account, the whole process was horrible. I will NEVER shop this online store again, it is totally different than it used to be. I could look around in this store for hours. I came in because I had a twenty percent off coupon. I found a table runner for my dresser at a good price. They are hard to find!! I went to at least six stores already searching.... I was able to use my coupon on new hair curlers. Whoo hoo! Prices on picture frames seemed high. Even for "basic" 4x6 frames. A review of online ordering with Bed, Bath & Beyond, not specifically this location. Ordered an item on December 8th with estimated delivery of the 12th through the 16th. Was marked as "shipped" on the 14th but has been "awaiting carrier pickup" ever since. I've called their help line twice and they first blamed USPS being backed up. My hunch is that's not the case since the item hasn't even been picked up by USPS and USPS has picked up and delivered several other items for us in this time frame. The second time I called they just filed a replacement request for a new item but I haven't seen anything come of that yet. The item has been hard to find and often sold out everywhere. I think they sold me something they don't have in stock but won't admit it. I could have bought this elsewhere had I known Bed Bath and Beyond couldn't fulfill the order, even one month later. They're basically just taking an interest free loan with my money. In short, can't trust buying from Bed Bath and Beyond. read more

I went in there this morning and noticed that the employees in the store were greeting and asking the white customers if they wanted or needed help and asked me NADA.....not even a hello. The sheer obscene amount of 20% off coupons BBB makes available make it very hard to want to shop anywhere else for certain things but the way the store is laid out also makes it hard to want to shop there in general. There is just crap everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like that song about The Grinch with his heart being two sizes too small. The store is also two sizes too small for what they try to cram into it. Boxes stacked on boxes in the middle of the isles, up the walls, down the walls it truly borders on impossible to push a shopping cart in the place because it's almost guaranteed you will knock over a display or an employee because there is no room to avoid plowing over them with the quesadilla maker that you didn't know you had hanging from your cart when you hooked it two aisles ago. Unfortunately in the LV at some point, like Cheap Trick once sang, you just Surrender and shop there because unless you're buying your cookware at the Dollar General, I'm not judging but WTF if you are, there really is nowhere else to go. read more

I've been shopping at the Whitehall bed bath and beyond store for 16 years, Since I moved to LehighValley. I've never had a bad experience!About a week ago I purchased a KitchenAid 16 cup food processor which they didn't have in stock and they had to place the order and have it shipped to my house, I got it within two days which was great. I was looking online for some extra accessories which they did not carry I came across an advertisement for the same exact unit for literally half the price! At "Bed Bath and Beyond" it's $599.00 and on a site called "Everything Kitchen" it was $279.99 plus free shipping and if you order anything $200.00 or more you get $10.00 off sounds too good to be true, so I called and asked if the product is refurbished or they are open box returns? The representative said they are brand new in the box and they come with a five year warranty. I called "Bed Bath and Beyond" the same day spoke to an associate they had to ask the manger, they told me to bring the receipt in with the online advertisement and they'll match the price. The next day I took my lunch break to drive to the store spoke with customer service, she called the manager and his response with an attitude said we can't match this it's half the price and he walked away. I followed him and asked him why would you bring me back here with instructions if you were not going to match the price? His response was sorry and walked away again. Sixteen years shopping there and never experienced this kind of customer service. Sixteen years and never asked for a price match till now! I will never shop there again! read more

I have always had nothing but good experiences at bed bath and beyond. And more recently with having my bridal registry done there it has been such an easy and thorough process. Kira in particular has made a tremendous effort m to help make sure everything is in order and thought out more than I could have ever done. I'm very excited to have all of my things registered there and to give this store my business! Although I've had wonderful experience w the bridal registry, lately the new employees and customer service all together are lacking education on products. Things I have ordered through the store have been ordered incorrectly and it is definitely not as smooth as in the past, which is extremely unfortunate for loyal customers. Definitely deters you from going out of your way to the store. read more

I never thought I'd take the time to review this store. I've been in and out over the years and never had an issue. This past weekend my fiance and I went to start a registry for our upcoming wedding. We expected to walk in, get a scanner and walk around the store beeping items we became interested in. We were greeted at the registry desk and set up our account. We were informed that a staff member would be with us while be browsed...though they didn't have to be if we didn't want help. We went with the flow and were approached by Jeremy. He actually listened to us and what we were looking for, and knew what he was talking about! He wasn't pushing any sales and was even kind enough to share personal stories and opinions along the way. Even offered us complimentary water along the way to keep us comfortable! We compared a lot of products and he was knowledgeable without reading the tags or boxes for the answers. We had a fun time creating our registry thanks to his help and we'll definitely be back for the items we don't receive! Was shopping from my nieces gift registry and she had 2 very important items for her wedding reception that have now been discontinued. Miriam, who was on the floor got right on her computer, looked up the information, and forwarded a request to Lori, the store manager. She called me today, has located the items and is having them sent directly to my niece, from the stores that have them. I never expected that kind of service, and was absolutely thrilled. Lately, when you go shopping, you're told if it's not on the shelf they don't have it. Not at BBB! I caught the BB&B bug when I was getting married...they have everything and they make registries (and returns) so easy! Years later, I still get an embarrassingly large number of 20% coupons, and though I don't need to shop here nearly as often, this is my go to for random household goods and my first stop for wedding gifts. Not only are the prices reasonable when you have a coupon, they definitely stand behind their products. I had a set of guest sheets that I purchased, through in the laundry tub and when they came out of the dryer a few weeks later on laundry day, they were pilling already. And of course I couldn't find my receipt and the packaging was long gone. I sheepishly took them back to the store hoping to at least get a small credit but realizing I may get nothing, and they very kindly exchanged them for another set, no questions asked. I used to shop here quite often and was happy. My most recent visit left me never wanting to return. Why? The place was dirty. Half of the items I picked up had no marked prices. Employees asking how they can help me became less pleasant & unhelpful when faced task of keying the handful of items one by one into the computer to provide an answer. I was shopping for towels...many of which had visible stains or defects. I was looking for a wedding gift - not a $25 per towel set for my dog. This store has attained a dollar store atmosphere while mainatining the high prices of a quality store . Will never shop this particular BB&B again. read more

This is a fun place to shop, even for men. Lots of nooks and crannies so allow time, about an hour to cruise the place, unless you are with touchy feely people then it will take longer. Get on their mailing list for 20% coupons, they need a coupon for each item you purchase but have no problem having you use more than one coupon per checkout. I see Bed Bath & Beyond as kind of an upscale home goods store. The staff are all very friendly. You can tell that it is the company culture to make their employees say hi to every single customer that walks by. If you take a lap around the store I can pretty much guarantee that you will get acknowledged more then once. they have some good quality products as well as some cool gadgety items throughout the store. They also send you 20% off any single item coupons every week. Doesn't even matter if you bring in an expired one because they know you probably have 10 of them sitting at home. This store is kind of on the pricey side though but they have good merchandise. Very popular the weddings and home coming registries. read more
