I was experiencing a very strong sewer gas smell in my home that ultimately ended up being stagnant…read morewater beneath the foundation. Until it was finally determined though, the smell and the symptoms it was causing, required me to keep all my windows open during cold, snowy weather. Brian Hale and his crew came several times to try and help me figure out the cause because I thought it was a sewer gas leak. They were all very patient and knowledgeable with reasonable and fair pricing. They tested the indoor plumbing and felt the issue was below the foundation (which did end up being the case), which was outside their scope of work since it wasn't a plumbing issue. Brian in particular was very respectful, humble, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my many questions as I was desperate to find a cause and solution to the problem. I would definitely highly recommend and hire them again for plumbing issues due to their professionalism, respectful and helpful attitudes, plumbing knowledge, quick response, and fair pricing.
