What's worse is they were rude and disrespectful multiple times throughout our efforts to resolve the mess they made of our property. They let concrete splatter all over our new roof, the sidewalks, and the entryway. When they had an opportunity to clean it up they tried to blame us, the owners, because we needed to withhold payment to resolve their issue. Horrible experience with no accountability whatsoever. The fireplace insert was installed crooked and isn't secure. They didn't even wire the blower fan to work properly. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes! Bonding started to detach from brick due to thin, 1.3mm, application and water intrusion from poor reconstruction of chimney cap. Industry standard ASTM C887 states properly applied bonding application has a life span of 15-20 yrs. This application failed at 6 years. The rating of 1 star is generous. Should be -2.
