I found Dr Chana online and went to see her. I was instructed to bring my Passport, proper ID and verification of where I was staying, which I ound to be prudent. I told her of my plight and she was very calm and receptive. She took some of my info and typed it into a tablet/ laptop and asked a number of questions. After she verified and concluded, Dr Chana gave me my prescription for the rest of my stay. All I had to do after was drop it off at the Chemist (Pharmacy). Martin…read morearrived late and complained that I was not able to offer him a car parking space although there is local street parking and a nearby car park (which i offered to pay for) which simply requires an extra three-five minutes walk. Martin changed his mind about treating my son and decided the he did not want to come back as the journey was too far (even though he knew this when i booked the appointment). Home visits should thus not be promised if they can't be honoured. Very, very disappointed.

This is also a Doctor training centre - I was asked once if i'd mind my session being videoed to be used during training, this was perfectly optional though! One of the main reasons I left my last clinic was lack of female doctors, this surgery has at least one female doctor and also a nurse. If I phone up on a Monday I can expect an appointment for Wednesday which I think is pretty good going. This surgery is large and up to date with electronic 'check in' automatic doors etc. The car parking is also very adequate. This surgery has other branches - one is in Abbeyfields in Elstow which offers a good Saturday appoinment service. This is a great Doctors
