I explained to the receptionist that I missed the appt as my dad and sister both had covid UK variant in ONT. My dad was in the ICU fighting for his life in ONT, and my sister very sick as well. So, forgive me, it was not on my mind to call and cancel my appt. Also, NS, was on lockdown in May 2021.....end of April until 2nd week of June. So, I would not have be able to come regardless, as massage was not allowed. The receptionist did not even as much as say I am sorry to hear that. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she had no info to give me. I then asked for head offices number and she refused to give that as well.
