We recently built a new home and moved in just shy of 2 months ago. Our inspector recommended B&B to us and today was our first time utilizing their services. We are super happy with them! We didn't expect quite so many people to show up, as our house is not that big, but the 5 of them got the place done in about 2 hours. (We did ask for 2 of the rooms to be left as is, so they did not access those spaces per our request) All of them were friendly, quick and professional. My only critique is that I'm not a fan of whatever they used to clean the stainless steel; it's a bit greasy and has a strong odor. That said, I'm very sensitive to smells so most people may not mind it. We will certainly give them a call again in the future and hope they can squeeze us in again! read more

Very,Very disappointed. I expected after having a lovely conversation with Laurie that my home would be thoroughly cleaned. When her team arrived the comments immediately started about being on their last job longer than planned and that they were tired at the end of their day Well...they were scheduled to clean my home for 4 hours. To clean only 1 bedroom 1 and 1/4 bath townhouse. I'm a neat person. But my home needed a good cleaning. Well it didn't get it. Vacuuming was half done in the Master bedroom, the baseboards weren't done. The bed was sloppily made, the window sill wasn't wiped off completely. The bathroom floor didn't get mopped (dog hair behind the towel basket &door ), around the toilet don't get wiped. Stairs did NOT get vacuumed they actually had a discussion about this! I actually watched the girl downstairs vacuum AROUND stuff...I just didn't know what to say. The kitchen was fine. When she mopped the kitchen/dining area she mopped AROUND stuff...like the dog bowl. When they left it was 4:44, I looked at my watch. They told Laurie s different time and I was billed as such. They quickly billed that false time and I had no choice but to pay it. Then they loaded their things up and proceeded to stand out front laughing it up while all three smoked on a smoking restricted property. I actually signed an agreement when I move in that I don't smoke and that my guests will not smoke. Laurie as an owner is a lovely warm hearted person. But this was a disaster and nothing was really done to make it right except a promise to me, as to never send that team to my house again. They were supposed to start coming for weekly cleanings, but the base clean didn't get done, so how do the weeklys start? I struggle with having another go at it. I think if you are going to hire this business even though you should NOT have to, do a walk thru. You should be able to trust someone you pay a few hundred dollars to, to do their work. Lesson learned. The hard way. I thought for sure I had found my housekeeper! read more

We wanted to move into a home we just purchased. I specified we wanted a deep clean for moving in. The home was empty, so no need to work around furniture. Basically dusting and vacuuming. The fan in the master had dust on it. The blinds in the bedrooms had dust on them. The shower had dust on it. The picture is of the dust left around the shower. They marked on their little paper that the laundry room was cleaned. The laundry room was not even touched, my wife saw that the vent in the laundry room was caked with dust. They were quick to cash the check though. Very disappointed. The girls that cleaned seemed nice and polite but I did not pay someone to just be polite and nice. That's why I can only give one star. -In response to the reply left by the company. - There was no walk though after the work was completed/attempted. I know it can be hard to please every customer but conveying my impressions of your company based on personal experience is exactly what yelp is for. I'm sorry that you feel the need to justify the poor first impressions your company made, but that is not on me to make sure your team dose a good job. It's expected. It's not on me to go though my home after a cleaning to make sure you did not miss any rooms. Are you expecting your future customers to double check your work? Or do you want them to have full trust in your staff and the work your staff performs. The reason I called you was based on the recommendation of the carpet cleaner who did a wonderful job. I was a blank slate, I was expecting an amazing job, with a high level of service. I'm sorry for having those expectations. read more

Our daughter arranged this service for our new home in Vancouver, Wa. We moved here from Eureka, Ca. and are both handicapped. We have another cleaner, Jen come in several times a week, so we were really hoping for deep cleaning from Bedknobs. Jen loves our dog and is pleasant to us as well. B&B cleaners seem distant and are not friendly with the dog. What will we do in the winter, lock him out in the rain while they're here? Alas, they don't move furniture to vacuum underneath, or clean away cob webs or wash the stairs. Nothing 'deep' about it. I'm sure they did work here but there was so much they didn't do this last time that I couldn't really say. We are halting service and looking for someone who will do what needs to be done to meet our needs. So sorry to leave a bad review because I seldom do that. read more

They do not move anything, so your easy chair stays there why they vacuum, dust around whatever is on your stands, ceiling fan not dusted... whole idea of a deep clean is to have that stuff done. There were dirt spots on the "mopped floor" many things covered with dust still in a bathroom we just remodeled. They did not even dust the pellet stove off in the middle of a small living room kitchen great room. I was not impressed. Update: The owner called and refunded part of the fee. She was very professional and apologetic. Because of this we are changing our rating higher she offered to send a crew out which we declined. read more

We had used this company for approximately 2 years. Had continuous issues with securing the doorlocks and turning the lights off before leaving which in this day and age, is a huge concern. After discussing numerous times with the owner of the company, issues continued on. Tried discussing many issues with the owner but she seemed to always in denial.
