i was asked to help a friend, who suspected that this company was being dishonest with them about their parent's care. Their concerns were valid. Many, many untruths were told by the care manager. She dodged questions, pretending to be super disorganized and distracted. She pretended that she had to refer to other managers for answers to simple questions, but refused to give the name of the managers. She promised to call back, then, didn't. It was a game of dodgeball. In addition, multiple caregivers failed to administer critical medications. We caught this. They didn't. I'm sorry to say this, but I am concerned for staff. It feels wrong, like trafficking. It's a perfect storm of the most vulnerable: sick elderly and poor uneducated. If it seems too good to be true, it is. read more

This company scammed us out of $10,000 when my father was passing away and we were desperate for in home assistance for him. They promised a partial refund or suggested we could transfer care to another relative, but refused to do so and refused to respond to inquiries. Avoid at all costs. read more

These business flat out lies to you. Most employees could not pass a background check. Some employees steal from their clients. They change staff without notice - very unstable situation for loved the ones. Very stressful situation. Many caregivers are not qualified and are very lazy. read more

They are diligent, caring, and professional, which is a huge comfort for my wife and me because we know he is in good hands. The management staff has been great to work with ( head nurse, wellness coordinator, facility director, etc.) and have all been very responsive to our needs and supportive as we all work to insure my dad gets the best care. They treat us as family. I highly recommend Waltonwood!
