This place was beautiful! The decor was amazing! I was immediately imagining how it would look like in the house i was buying. I knew at that moment this store was dangerous... because it would separate me from my money in no time! I spoke with the owner of the store, Joanne, when i found out that they also did drapes. My new home came with some awfully garish drapes... purple drapes!?!?! Black drapes for a dining room? Ridiculous! After closing I find out that I have to pay extra state tax on a 7000 dollar golf cart that was listed as free. Also there was no discloser that the RV that came with the property I bought also has state tax at 7% due. The seller puts whatever value they see fit on it and in my case was 30,900, over half of what I paid for the property. I just think buyers of property in the Valley of the Pines (VOP) should know there are extra cost involved as Ken has several more listed at VOP and it is a beautiful place.
