I found the restaurant clean and spacious with lots of bar top style seating and a few tables as well. I was warmly welcomed and I looked over the menus which are throughout the restaurant. On the overhead, on cards of which they are divided into breakfast, smoothies, lunch etc. I guess I looked a little lost as I was asked by Joshua I think if it was my first time in. He's a charm. He answered my questions, "could I get a side of tofu as well?" Which he found the answer for. He just radiated kindness. A highlight indeed. I ordered a kale and spinach smoothie and a salad (bounty I think) which came out quick. They call your name when it's ready. I enjoyed the smoothie on the way back to the hotel. The salad was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. My first time here so not sure I got the extra tofu or not (which was deliciously seasoned) as I don't know how much usually comes with it but I enjoyed the salad nonetheless. My only complaint, which is a pet peeve of mine is that they have plastic straws. Throughout my travels I find plastic straws discarded randomly everywhere, not just OKC. Either learn to tilt and sip your drink like a grown up or businesses offer straws that will break down. Again my pet peeve, minus a star there. Your preferences may vary. All for only $6 I ordered a cup of coffee which was $3.50. Son ordered a Holly Bowl, that looked tasty for $10 & a GF Biscuit for $4 with fresh raspberry jam. The interior is also cute with plenty of seating that accommodated the crowds well. Ordering is done at a walk-up register, then you seat yourself so it's pretty convenient. A few highlights in our meals were the cheese biscuits (sub it in! Trust me! And it's a free substitution) and the sausage gravy. These were in the Truck Stop plate and the Cannonball biscuit sandwich that we got. Absolutely loved them! We also ordered the Benny Mix and Match with the Pork Chile and the Which Came First, both of which were so flavorful and rich as well. As dessert, we tried the Strawberries and Cream biscuit, which I wasn't sure about at first but was so sweet and delicious! The biscuit itself has a light sweetness, and they're generous with the strawberries and whipped cream which makes the perfect bite. Overall, I loved HunnyBunny and I'll definitely be back!
