I don't know what we did besides not knowing what to order. The cashier didn't seem like he wanted to help us and he apologized to the person after us about the time we took. We only took about 4 minutes. I know we did because it was three of us and the cashier was so uninterested in helping us that only two of us got drinks. We had a lot of questions about the menu because it was pretty expansive. Thankfully we don't live anywhere close so he'll never have to worry about us again. The space was well lit and cute though. But when I walked in all the girls on the shift were giggling and talking behind the counter, not really paying attention to guests and making it seem liek a chore to take your order. So so so so good!!!! I recommend this place for all your drink cravings 10/10. They have some of the best milk tea and a plethora of other drink options. I drink something new every time. Their coffee drinks are superb. I got their iced coffee blended (it has sweetened condense milk in it) at my last visit and it was amazing! Right now during all the COVID precautions you need to call in your order. They did take about 15 minutes to prepare my drink which was definately longer than expected. However, they were so incredibly sweet and did a great job of making my drink with perfection. Asked my bf to get me a 44oz boba madness... he was not happy about $14 for one drink and even texted me picture of the receipt... when he came back home with the drink I saw the cup was just a little over 16oz size that is printed on the cup and right below is an order printed label of 44oz!!! When you ask the girls for suggestions, they are so wonderful at pinning down your next favorite drink. I go here to get a treat after a long day. Tapioca lounge in Edmond location is another branch of the teapioca in OKC. I am a little biased because I love the drinks from here. I have tried a lot of their different combination of drinks and have probably spent a lot of money here. I am addicted to these drinks! Absolutely LOVE the frozen mocha coffee with the tapioca balls! The flavor is slightly coffee and slightly mocha, nothing is overpowering. Very smooth flavor! The tapioca balls make it fun to drink too! The other people in my group got the ices and fruit cream drinks, with the tapioca balls, and enjoyed them. This location is pretty hit or miss. When it's good, it's great... but other times it's pretty dreadful. This entirely has to do with the staff. It's currently staffed by a bunch of high school, early college aged workers. That in and of itself wouldn't be so bad if they had someone managing them. But either they don't, or the manager is one and the same. Our drinks seem to always have something wrong with them, either the wrong size, or a smoothie instead of a cream blast etc. We've been here around 7-8 times the last few months and I've always been surprised by how drastically different this location is compared to the OKC location. read more

I am a VERY avid Boba drinker. I have tried both top tier and down bad drinks from Texas, Tennessee, Oregon, Florida and Oklahoma. And I would say this place is slightly below average. My drink was watery and the toppings weren't the best but this place does have great options for jelly, tapioca & poppers plus a variety of drinks. Teapioca lounge has the best boba in the area. My favorites are Thai Tea and Taro, which to me tastes like butterscotch. If you don't like boba, you probably just haven't found the flavor you like.
