As with most people we thought our daughter wound have a homecoming so in preparation for this we booked a limo and put a deposit down. My wife called to cancel because obviously homecoming wasn't going to happen and called the owner, she said on the phone said she would issue a refund but had to give us cash, and would call us back to schedule a time to meet. We thought that was strange considering we paid with card via the phone when we booked but whatever cash works. A couple days goes by and we didn't hear from her so we called again, no answer and VM was full. We tried a few more times and same thing. I hope that 300 is worth this review to you, Very unprofessional, and poor business practice.

We were told they give a Veteran's Discount my husband being Military we gave them a call they were very Friendly Knowledgeable The Owner told me that his wife has been really sick the last few years and does not know anything about the schedule however she has still been able to manage these appts and Apparently so he did not want to tell me a date was open if it was not that he would call us back the next day when he got back from up North He would get calendars and take to his wife and let me know. He called back and let me talk to his wife whom apparently does not have the ability to communicate much as she has computers running her body full of batteries, wires, leads, and an active computers so her body blocks all signals and they are working on that. I was so intrigued with how this poor woman got like that she sounded young and Vibrant but also week. I was Completely intrigued and for a few minutes forgot why I had called lol. Since I Have worked in the Medical field for 31 years I was Completely taken in and wanted to know what was going on she was very nice but clearly did not want to talk about her condition but Rather how she could help me I normally do not take the time to go looking to write a Review However this was the exception! She may be in a very Bad Medical Crisis But man she was on it of how to help us and Completely took the Emphasis off of her to the Point I left the conversation in absolute Awe. Then we secured the Event with a $250.00 Booking deposit which was not a fee just a portion of the Rental to secure our Daughters Wedding Event Date. You do not see this type of hands on Care, Attention, and Dedication these days. Then came time for our Wedding They called the Day before to see if we had any details that they needed to know or special Instructions for the Chauffeur at all we said no. The Chauffeur Jon arrived 15 mins before sat and waited for pickup He was Kind opened doors was Polite, offered all kinds of things, Ice, water, Napkins, a audio cord I think that is what it is called to plug into the Stereo-System and play our own Music. The Customer Service Excellent, Chauffeur AMAZING, They gave us a 10% Discount For Military for My Husband But I was told they give this to all types of Public Service Workers or Hero's as they called them so you should Definitely call this company small Private Family Ran & Owned. The lot is crushed concrete but is well taken care of in the terms of the land being very level. Hardly any low spots and a good drainage from what we could notice. Our trailer looked as good bringing it home 2 weeks ago, as it did when we said goodbye for the winter. They have a dumping station and water so that we could blow out trailer before bring it home- how convenient is that. The automatic sliding security gate requires you to punch in your code to enter and to exit the premises. The price is the best in town, of the 7 places we called. My husband and I feel very confident with this storage company.

Debbie has made many improvements to the Inn over the years, from finishing the attached garage into an expanded craft room that can now hold 15 people to updating the shower in one of the bathrooms upstairs. She maintains the farmhouse charm throughout the house. The individual twin beds are very comfortable (one bedroom on the first floor and four rooms on the second floor). She has also been flexible with meal planning for the varied tastebuds in our group. I've stayed at a couple other retreats in the past, but we always return here.
