We were disappointed with their service when we used them recently. They used to be much better but the other man there has now retired, which is a shame as he was really really good.

I received an unsolicited cold call 6 months ago. The sales pitch is about the "Free investigation" Which is basically a Google search of my company, companies house, the gazette and maybe social media platforms. Nothing 'new' And then they told me stuff about my debtor which they also found online. Again. Nothing new either. But also dropped false hints like, he's got this and that to entice you that your debtor has got the money to pay. The kind of sales pitch you would get standing in a small town market with claims that all your problems will be solved. Think Del Boy and Rodney. The deal is pay for a subscription and we'll send a letter. The letter is extremely poor quality and does not follow the legal protocol as set out by the Courts. If you have received one from them. Take it straight to your lawyer. Secondly, when you sign for a subscription, they go by some company name but they all lead to the same directors who take your money and then go insolvent so you can keep paying but you'll get nothing because the company doesn't actually exist. Look them up on Companies House or the Gazette! Ian William Kings and Andrea Lynn Marshall are their Insolvency Practitioner The Axis Building Maingate, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0NQ Paul Hughes and Stephen Hall should be investigated as rogue directors. Please I urge you to do your own investigations before parting with your money to this company. If you've received any correspondence from them, take it straight to your lawyers even if it's Citizen Advice and you'll see they're a joke. I know it's a bit late but I hope this will come up in a search result and some poor soul will not be frightened into it because it does sound so very alarming if you're not clued up with where you stand legally or if you're not that IT literate either. I highly suspect their online reviews are mostly faked.

You just feek that they would rip you off without a second thought. Got recommended willis scott financial solutions by a friend who done a mortgage through them. Got to say i'm over the moon. Sorted a re-mortgage out for me, aswell as my pension and some protection. Were great to talk to and you could tell they were sincere people. Can't recommend these guys highly enough after some of the drovel i've been stuck with in the past!
