This company clearly works VERY hard on their PR. Asked them to do a number of small jobs for me, they spent far too long and failed to fix most of my problems. When I complained they verbally agreed to reduce the time billed but then did not honour this. They did a botched job on the toilet cistern and had my family not been able to fix it, I would have been without a flushing toilet for weeks. When I refused to pay the exorbitant amount they wanted to charge, they harrassed me for months with threats of court action, before finally filing a claim. In the end I gave in and settled as I was losing sleep over it. As the previous user said, DO NOT use them if you value your money and your sanity!

Had them in for a boiler service, the guy came on time but broke a valve which left me with cold…read morewater which he did not inform me about, I found this out later and when I got in touch with the office they said I would have cold water for up to 2 weeks I left them know that this was not on so the guy came back later and got the hot water going, he had an apprentice with him who turned the water off but did not turn it back properly so had a leek in my cupboard. Then got a invoice in for fixing what they broke and it was going to cost me almost £200 on top of what I had paid for the service. They say they are all about customer service yet I am still waiting over 30 days later to hear back from them. DO NOT use this company they are unprofessional and wouldn't know customer service if it jumped up and bit them on the nose

He also thoroughly explained how he would fix it. Very shortly after that, Stephen and his team came back to install a new boiler in our flat. The team worked very efficiently and very quickly - within a day we had our heating and hot water back! They also explained things really well and gave us all the information needed. In addition, the service was great value for money - before Aquaheat we had approached another company that had given us a much higher quote. I would highly recommend Aquaheat for their efficiency, value for money and high level of professionalism.

AVOID this company or lose lots of money. Very unimpressed…read more Their charges are expensive though in the recommendation of a friend that they was good we accepted the charge. Very bad mistake, trusting them was even more expense! They changed a part that was not needed, leaving us with a boiler that was still faulty. Near £400 wasted. We went elsewhere to sort the issue. 2 engineers with different ideas. We sent an email of complaint and we only received a response from them after we made a formal complaint through which trusted traders. Their excuse was email went into spam. The email contained wrong information.

They were simply not interested saying the parts they fitted are fine therefore the fault must be in the existing parts of the system. Well really, £6,100 to fit just a boiler but if it malfunctions it is not their problem. They offered to return and replace elements on a trial and error basis at our cost. All still within weeks of installation and full payment. We were so disgusted we got another company to resolve the problem.
