I randomly stumbled upon this little hole in the wall while walking home one afternoon, and I am so glad I did!! It is part vegan kitchen, part natural grocery store, and completely full of heart. From the outside you might not expect much, but the second you walk in you can feel the energy. The main guy in the kichen - my man Carlos!! - has so much charisma. Before I even had time to fully look at the menu, he handed me a small sample of their soup of the day. It was warm, flavorful, and honestly so delicious that I was instantly sold! I am not even vegan, but the food completely won me over. Everything tasted fresh, nourishing, and thoughtfully made. I ordered more than I planned to, and I have to admit something funny. I do not have a single picture of what I ate or drank because I literally gulped it down so fast. It was that good. The only photo I managed to take was of the enchiladas, the menu, and of course; Carlos! Everything else disappeared before I even thought about my phone. They also made me a freshly squeezed orange juice, and I watched them use actual oranges right there. No fake juice, no concentrate, just real oranges being squeezed. It tasted fresh and clean. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable. It feels good to eat something that is both healthy and affordable. The store side is just as charming, with shelves full of natural supplements, spices, snacks, drinks, and little treasures you did not know you needed. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have customers walk through the door. It ended up being such a fun and unexpected experience for me. I walked in out of curiosity and left with a full stomach and a big smile. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or none of the above, I truly recommend stopping by and supporting this spot. This place is so cute, I came here today to get food. They give you samples which I think is really thoughtful. They have really good sandwiches (I get the hummus) the hummus is really nice and fresh and not to salty def homemade. We got sweet potato and garbanzo beans on the side. I always get the hulk smoothie and today I tried the mojito and the mushroom drink with expresso and banana was so good! The service is always great. This place was such a great find!!! They have a vegan cafeteria inside and it was delicious!!! They offered us a sample of the soups and after tasting it we ordered 2 big bowls right away (1 of each) we mixed them together and it went level 9000! FIRE!!!!!! There's all the herbal extracts, so many natural products, and so much more. There are more goodies then Whole Foods I would say. At a reasonable price. I must have driven by this place a million times but because the store front looks more like a health food store/vitamin shoppe, i never stopped by. Recently, I was driving home down Bird Td. & wanted something new. After a quick Yelp search, I realized that not only did they have ready-made food available, but that they were highly rated & menu changed daily. I decided to hive it a chance. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the boisterous & charismatic Carlos (who I assume is the owner). He proceeded to give me not only a complete run down of the entire menu of the day, but also went so far as to give me samples of EVERYTHING, including their amazing smoothies (go for the Black Mamba. you won't regret it!) Everything looked & smelled so good but I finally settled on the "Arroz sin Pollo" with a side of their incredible "Tempeh Salad". I also went ahead & grabbed one of each of their huge variety of vegan empanadas made by The Plantisserie. 8 or 9 options! Brought the food home & everything was incredible. Almost a week later & I'm still working through the empanadas which re-heat beautifully in a preheated oven (samosa, mushroom, corn & eggplant are my current top picks). From the food quality, to the inventive flavours & super fresh ingredients, not to mention the service & the owners wonderful attention, this is an absolute hidden gem. This spot is one of the diamonds of South Miami, especially for vegans and health-conscious folk. It is a health store plus a restaurant. The restaurant, run by legendary chef Carlos, is sooooooo good. Literally every single thing on the menu is delicious and gourmet. The menu changes everyday, with staples like smoothies and empanadas. I try to eat here every chance I get. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the high quality vegan food, plus the extra friendly staff. read more

We came here today to run in and get an item very quickly and saw they had the open sign on. I noticed door was locked and the person inside waved us away, like we were being a nuisance. I looked at the door and said closed at 7. We had gotten there and it was several mins before 7, but I guess they didn't want our business. We have a business in Coral Gables and wouldn't think of turning away any business, especially during this Covid pandemic. This is the kind of place where hippies, hipsters, traditional medicine-seekers, the young, the old, and just about any ol' body else converge. Lots of people were here to see and be seen at the juice bar where they grabbed a bite some trendy soy-based, veggie somethin' or other (all of which I hear is very tasty). I saw some young'ns sipping on giant cups of natural juice, too. The place was quite lively for a Wednesday at 5PM. Despite the number of people hanging around the juice bar in the back and the fact that the place is small for the amount of traffic that comes through, the whole place had this chill, laid back, neo-hippie vibe going on. I went here today to pick up a few things and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. It is a super tight space and the items are pretty crowded on the shelves, however, they really have a wide range of items and there are no surprises in terms of price. Everything is priced as you would expect. There were tons of natural hair products sold in places like Whole Foods. They had lots of Aubrey Organics, Jason's, and Burt's Bee's products, all at the expected prices. Also, they had small, large, and XL sizes in a variety of Dr Bronner's liquid soap, as well as a variety of scents available in the bars, again, at expected price. I was quite impressed because I have seen no other stores with the XL size at all and few carry the Almond scent, which this place did. Also, they have tons of quality oils like grapeseed oil, castor oil, coconut oil, etc., and even some less-commonly-stocked oils like apricot and avocado oil and Now brand shea butter. There was also a wide range of essential oils, as well as a wide range of vitamins. They tend to have multiple brands of most items as well, which is very nice, and a surprise in a store of this size. In addition to body care stuff, you could also find your typical vegan nibbles, like dried fruits and nuts available. There was also a spice section with lots of stuff I didn't recognize in terms of brands and blends and a section of different nut butters, honey, natural syrups, and different types of vinegar. On the customer service front, they had their A game. As soon as I walked in, someone let me know right away that he was there to help if I needed anything. With the crowded shelves, any newbie is bound to need a slight bit of assistance before diving in. All in all, my only complaints are the way things are so crowded together on the shelves, but hey, that's minimal for the great selection and the quality products I found. Not everything is super high quality, but if you want quality, it's most definitely here and not hard to find. 3.5 stars overall (the dingy, crowded appearance damaged things a bit for me), 5 stars on selection, 4.5 on customer service (the guy on the floor was a 5, but the person behind the counter was kinda like whatever), 4.5 on quality. read more

Cashier service was HORRIBLE ! The lady was incredibly rude. We came and ordered a green juice and they served it HOT , No ice !!! It sent my mom straight to the bathroom. Smh.
