I've only ever seen one or two staff whenever I've been there (after 5) Yes, they do help you make your wine on the premises, for an additional fee. My experience every time has been positive. It can be a little difficult to find what you need, unless you know the store layout. but the staff have always been friendly in helping me to find what I need.

Although they were helpful to an extent, and they were right on track witht he same part as we had been advised by Samsung, Reliable didn't have the part in stock, and it would take 2 weeks to get it. Our problem is that it doesn't look exactly the same. But we were advised - yet again - to defrost the fridge manually. I don't think I'd ever buy a Samsung fridge again if I could avoid it!! I didn't know any manufacturer even made fridges that were NOT frost free anymore! Meanwhile, thank you to Reliable Parts for putting us on track.

I am guessing that this store used to be more of a convenience store that sold cigars, magazines, and souvenirs. When I walked in, I didn't see any cigars or magazines. This store seemed to have transformed its business plan over the years. The merchandise at this store reminded me of going to a store in Chinatown in Toronto. It offered a lot of fun jewellery, traditional Chinese silk jackets, cute handbags, and more. Did I find any souvenirs at this store? It depends on your definition. It's a yes if you buy a ring here as a memory of your time in Ottawa. If you are looking for a sweatshirt with Ottawa across the front, you won't find one here. This store had some cute purses. I liked a small purple one, but it was way too small for it to be functional. The earrings at this store were great. There were plenty of styles to choose from at decent prices.
