Since the very first wash it started leaving black spots on the white clothes, and white spots on the black clothes even though they were washed separetly. They have a very bad customer service, I have been calling several times with no answer or just them telling me they will call me back, they never do so. Technicians were prompt and courteous, however they did not advise me of "policy" (undefined) about working on washing machine that I had done some work on already that did not impact the replaced part. the machine was 10ish years old, beyond warranty from manufacturer, yet Ottawa Appliance Repair Service (also known as FC Universal) would not refund part or labour costs because of this. I discovered recently it's because they don't allow any critical or negative reviews - even the slightest ones on their website. I wrote one review for a product that was moderately critical and it never showed up on their website. I recently submitted a 3 star review for a mini excavator I paid $10,000 for. The purpose was to provide them and their customers an honest opinion of what I liked and disliked about it so prospective purchasers could make an informed buying decision. After a couple of days, I got this email from them: " Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" So what's the point of sharing if honest reviews aren't allowed??? I rely on reviews to make informed purchases. I would have expected more from Princess Auto.
