Three of the caps weren't sealed properly and there was only an inch or two of beer left in the three bottles causing my car to stink. I have been a customer of J&D for several years . The next day I took what was left of the 6 pack back to the distributor and kindly asked for a replacement . As I was explaining to the girl at the register about the beer causing my new car to smell bad , an arrogant young man interrupted and told me bluntly that there are no returns on beer and that I would have to contact Yuengling for a replacement . I know that it would be no problem for him to ask the Yuengling salesman for credit , but the arrogant man apparently doesn't care about pleasing his customers . I told him that I no longer would purchase my beer from him and left for the last time . I would have given no stars , but I couldn't post it without at least one star!
