Dr. Hulwi was really patient and helpful in explaining the differences between the two treatment plans including costs, maintenance, frequency of follow-up, etc. I found him to be very helpful and am getting my Invisalign through his office. As a veterinarian, I expect really high quality medical care and found this here with his office. Dr. Hulwi also has great bedside manner, which is really important to me. The office staff do not treat my 19 year old or me like we are paying thousands of dollars out of pocket for their service. They just could care less. Just one example--my daughter made an appointment in May for July--she had one day off from her summer job when she could drive back to Mankato--3.5 hours--for a 15 minute appointment. They gave her a 7:40 appointment, understanding that that meant she would have to leave home at 3:30 am to get there on time. When I called to ask for an appointment later in the day--I'm not crazy about her driving on the interstate so early-- the receptionist told me they had a 9:40 appointment available--wonderful--she could leave af 5am--but we couldn't have it. They had to save it. Likely for another patient who lives 10 minutes away. And that's what I mean about them not caring. They cannot bother to make a small adjustment to their schedule that would make a big difference to me. I regret entrusting my daughter's treatment to people who don't care about her.

The first thing he did was started chewing me out for being 10 minutes late because they haven't updated their address online and I went to the wrong location. I'm not exaggerating at all either. I literally got out of my chair and walked out on him because he made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. This guys going to go out of business unless he can learn some people's skill!!! I'm literally blown away that he's even lasted this long if he treats everyone like this. He straight up told me that he's more expensive and would charge me more then the other guy in town as well.
