I just finished an approximate (14) month program. Timeline provided by Dr. King was accurate, and we ended when I was 100% satisfied with my results - which I am! The experience, start to finish, was exceptional. The office is kept meticulously clean. A comfortable, calm and casual environment - balanced with the right dose of professionalism that lets you know you're in good hands. Dr. King and his staff are experienced - moving through their work with [again] a level of comfort and ease for me as a patient. Talking through what they are doing, how they are doing it and what to expect. Seems simple, but it is reassuring and really helpful. Fair price. Friendly, experienced staff. Evidently, Dr. Kyle enjoy to overcharge patients who are from non-white ethnicity. Additionally, all his staff members working at the Monticello location including himself are always gossiping about people of color being extra work and never happy to provide services for them. In other words, this place is a big scam for taking away money and not following treatments at all, neither they care about good treatments results.

Dr. Hulwi was really patient and helpful in explaining the differences between the two treatment plans including costs, maintenance, frequency of follow-up, etc. I found him to be very helpful and am getting my Invisalign through his office. As a veterinarian, I expect really high quality medical care and found this here with his office. Dr. Hulwi also has great bedside manner, which is really important to me. His office staff were really professional and kind, and his office is beautiful (Better yet, free wifi and coffee). I was referred to him from a friend who raved about him. Totally worth the drive down from the Twin Cities!

The office staff do not treat my 19 year old or me like we are paying thousands of dollars out of pocket for their service. They just could care less. Just one example--my daughter made an appointment in May for July--she had one day off from her summer job when she could drive back to Mankato--3.5 hours--for a 15 minute appointment. They gave her a 7:40 appointment, understanding that that meant she would have to leave home at 3:30 am to get there on time. When I called to ask for an appointment later in the day--I'm not crazy about her driving on the interstate so early-- the receptionist told me they had a 9:40 appointment available--wonderful--she could leave af 5am--but we couldn't have it. They had to save it. Likely for another patient who lives 10 minutes away. And that's what I mean about them not caring. They cannot bother to make a small adjustment to their schedule that would make a big difference to me. I regret entrusting my daughter's treatment to people who don't care about her.
