He looked at my x-rays and told me that he didn't feel I had any cavities, just a small pocket he could fill since I wouldn't be back for a year. No numbing agents even needed! I walked out of here spending less for the cleaning, x-rays, and filling/sealing of that pocket than I would have spent on just a cleaning in Austin without x-rays! I feel like he was very honest and thorough and I will definitely be coming back the next year when I am in town. Bye bye overpriced Austin dentists!

He went ahead and had the procedure done and we were told the insurance company would pay us directly. I paid the bill the day of the procedure waited to be partially reimbursed. After waiting two months and only receiving a check for $250 from my insurance, I contacted insurance and I was informed that this dental clinic is not in our network, nor is it in any of our insurance company's networks (eg. other plans). I was also informed that this dental clinic was grossly overcharging for certain procedures. One particular procedure should only cost $175, but they charged me $1300. Aside from that, the waiting area is VERY small and outdated. Think hunter green and floral wallpaper with only 7 chairs. There is a gold-mirrored wall at the counter, which feels like a backdrop for a bad 80's porn. With the money they are charging (stealing?), they really should be able to update their tiny waiting area. I do not recommend this dental clinic unless you feel like being lied to and taken advantage of.

She went in for a filling, and came out with a cracked tooth-to the point of the most severe pain and going to the ER multiple times. The dentist only gave her an antibiotic in case it got infected between the time they saw her and the time she could have a root canal-which was months later anywhere around-they gave her no novacaine or pain medication to ease the pain and intensity of an exposed nerve due to their lack of care. She called me crying in severe pain-only could drink and eat through a straw for an entire month. They still made her pay the bill for that filling that caused her this pain and the broken tooth and we had thousands of dollars worth of emergency dental visits and ER visits during that time. The dentist did not have empathy for her, the secretary yelled at her on the phone and said that we have talked about the bill multiple times and actually hung up on her! This entire situation made me furious and also cry as a mother; here I researched and tried to find the BEST dental facility that would take care of my college student while she was away in school, and they FAILED.
