For as long as I own a vehicle or live in the Moncton area, I will not be using this rude and unfriendly towing company again. I will also be sure to share my experience with friends, acquaintances or anyone who is wanting to know which tow truck company to avoid. No price quotes were provided over the phone either.

I was on the New Ireland Road near Alma and the road was too bad for us to get further, and my…read moresmall car wouldn't be able to likely get through the road behind us so we called them to come down and tow our car back out and they come in a small truck with a spray painted 5 Star Towing on the side and charged us $1150 to not do anything, made us drive our own car out, didn't tow anything, stopped us the minute there a single bar of service 1/6 of way out to make us pay right then and there, and did not do ANYTHING. Do NOT recommend
