Once the owner/technician arrived and handled our issue (a clogged drain line), he also showed me how I could take care of it myself in the future and gave me some other tips for maintenance. He worked kindly, quickly, and efficiently. Another big plus--this company does not add a surcharge for "after hours". He was able to arrive around 9pm and not charge anything extra.
