We sent the deposit over and she stopped responding after receiving the deposit. Called numerous times, texted and left Facebook messages as the sale was over marketplace. Everything was lined up to meet on Sunday, April 12th, 2026: 475 miles from our location, 950 mile round trip. Truck and trailer, everything was ready. Only for her, not to respond back through any form of contact. Avoid this company, I did research prior to reaching out to her about the sawmill. Though the Yelp reviews did not pop up when I initially searched for the company. I had to copy and paste her phone number to pull up the reviews.

When I called the owner he could have cared less and was nasty on the phone! He said he hired a police officer but that's just smoke and mirrors. The police officer was directing traffic on Dolly Ridge Road which is at least 3 blocks away from the culdesac where the estate sale is. When I called the owner I let him know that I've contacted a tow truck company and they will be on standby starting tomorrow morning to tow and remove ALL VEHICLES that are blocking my driveway as well as my elderly neighbors driveways! The owner could care less of the immediate surrounding neighbors property and driveways. I asked him why he didn't have one of his employees walk 10 feet out the front door of the estate sale to basically make sure no one was parking the immediate neighbors driveways and all he could say is that he had 1 police officer which reminded him was on Dolly Ridge Road directing traffic! So, if you are ever looking for an estate sale Company You would be better off blindly picking any other company other than Bryant Estate Sale bc any other company would have the common decency and courtesy to ensure that the immediate neighbors driveways were NOT BLOCKED!!! Oh and to finish it off Bryant, the owner who I spoke with ended up hanging up on me. So, that gives you just a little insight in the type of company that you may be hiring. If I could give this company. Negative stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option. Giving Bryant Estate Sales 1 star is extremely gracious! Art runs around like a chicken with his head cutoff not really seeming to know what is going on. Most things are not priced and when you ask for a price he seems very annoyed. The lady at the checkout isn't much more help either. She doesn't know anything and has to yell at Art to get a questioned answered or to take a payment. When I asked for help looking for a cord for a computer I was told they were in a box to just go look by non other than Art Spears himself. I found the cord myself (not in any box nearby as Art had pointed me in the direction of) found a place to plug it up without any assistance from Art or any of his helpers. When i asked him for a price on a desk that clearly was not priced he asked what would I give he said, "$1,000 I laughed and all he said was, "Well, now we know what you won't give!!" The desk may have been $100 at any other Estate Sale. He never gave me a reasonable price. I proceeded to the checkout with the computer that he did have marked for $40; the lady at checkout sat there fussing with Art because she had asked him for a price prior to me coming up to check out. She argued with him that he had told her $50; so at that point he began making up any kind of excuse to get himself out of his predicament. When the checkout lady found out that it was an ALL in One HP Desktop she again yells at ART asking if he knew that it was a complete computer and not just a monitor to which he walks over and tells me that I was deceiving them by trying to purchase the computer for the price they marked without telling them that it was a complete computer; I wasn't even sure if the computer was going to work or not. Art stood there accusing me of being deceitful; practically yelling at me out in public in front of all of the other patrons of this estate sale. He takes a marker and right in front of me; at the checkout counter changes the price from $40 to $100!!! His manner and professionalism is very negative! Typically I would not post this however as I was walking away the checkout lady told Art that I would probably give them a bad review so I aim to please. This was the WORST Estate Sale experience that I have ever had. Avoid his sales if at all possible.
