They assessed the situation the next day and gave us a realistic timeframe for completing the necessary service. We were 3 hours from home so decided to go home and come back when the camper was fixed. They were true to their word - they estimated the repairs needed on a Wed and had it done for us by COB that Friday! With new bearings on all 4 wheels, and brake service on the seized wheel completed, we picked up the camper today and got home before dark. I can't recommend R and H enough. The care and empathy, and honesty shown by everyone here is so welcomed in this day and age of only hearing about bad experiences with businesses.
