The warm food could be hotter, most of the time it is half cold. In the Summer i miss the Pizza for lunch. They do not Switch on the oven because of the very hot temperatures in the kitchen, what i can understand. Very good at the Route 66 are the Burgers and the Pizza. The thing that's special about a piadina is the uniqueness to Italy and the ability to grab a quick lunch. On the scale of Italian food, this is pretty low but it works.
