Well I needed a tooth pulled and they said they could do it that day. Well we did and it was not a good experience at all. The dentist was pretty rough and still couldn't get the tooth. He then had someone hold my head and countinued to get the tooth out. I will not be back even though I purchased there dental plan. My face and mouth are extremely sore, and they did not stitch the whole or offer anything for pain.

After a full examination Dr Janet Ruopp and I discussed a treatment plan that included a tooth extraction. The front desk personnel took the time to fully explain the costs involved of my treatment plan. During my next visit, Dr Pat Ruopp removed the tooth and I had absolutely no pain. When I had a 3rd crown come off, I obtained an appointment with another local dentist only to learn that this tooth would have to be extracted. i set up a new patient appointment with the new dentist. Before I got to that appointment another crown came off with decay under it. I receive x-rays that clearly showed I had another tooth that had decay and would need extracted along with 6 teeth that would require crowns. This was now a total of 6 teeth needing crowns and a total of 4 extractions. I do not believe that 10 teeth suddenly decayed. I believe that this decay had been going on for years under the care of Cape Girardeau Dental Care.
