I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew. After I was finished, obviously the doctor came in and spoke with me. Well, articulated, pointed out things that we would watch that weren't necessarily a concern, but could be in the future. Again, explained everything very thoroughly. Front office experience was great too. Had a couple hangups with the paperwork, but they helped walk me through it. Everything about this place so far has been incredible, and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. My only complaint is, that I didn't come here sooner.
