The clinical director met with me for a free consultation and carefully answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions)! She was so kind and helpful and never made me feel rushed or bad for asking a million questions...she's amazing and so is their team. The billing coordinator and receptionist were so friendly and quick to help me with the assessment. I spoke with other parents and I'm so relieved to hear how happy they are with LBC. they come to the school to help with my youngest kid and since school started (3 months) we had…read moreover 30 days of call outs and subs coming almost at 10am instead of the 8am. the staff will not care about calling the school to let them know or even the parents and when they don't have one to send they just wont tell anyone. first week of school they told me the Bii assigned was out on leave with no date of return. they gave us someone else then said he was going to be permanent then changed him as well. we are now on our 3rd BII in the past 3 months not to mention my son coming back with bruises and injuries because they arent caring for the kid at all. spoke with the school district and lawyer and they just dont seem to be proactive at all and just let my son fall to the side as they just ignore the PARENTS AND DISTRICT!

My 11-year-old son underwent double hip surgery in February and was referred to this facility by…read morehis surgeon for physical therapy. Throughout his treatment, we followed the clinic's policies exactly as they were explained to us. At our first appointment, we were informed that my son would attend therapy sessions independently while a parent or guardian remained in the waiting room. We were also told that an adult over the age of 18 would need to be present during evaluation appointments. My husband typically brought our son to his therapy sessions and waited in the lobby while our son completed treatment, and we never had any issues. Recently, the clinic moved to a new location. During our first visit at the new facility, my son had a scheduled evaluation appointment. My husband was unavailable that day, so I brought my son along with my two younger children, including my infant in a stroller. Because it was an evaluation appointment, I understood that I needed to accompany my son to the treatment area. When my son's name was called, I followed him to the back with my younger children. A staff member at the front desk immediately told me that I could not bring my children back there. I explained that my children were very young and that I could not leave them unattended in the waiting room. As I continued toward the treatment area, she repeated that I should not bring them and stated, "Next time, don't bring them." I approached her to clarify what she meant because I thought I may have misunderstood. She again stated that I should not bring my children to future appointments. I explained that I rarely attend these appointments because I am home caring for my younger children, that my husband normally brings our son, and that I was only present because this was an evaluation appointment requiring an adult to accompany him. I also explained that I had no one available to watch my children and could not leave an infant and young child alone in the waiting room. After the appointment, I spoke with another front desk employee regarding the interaction. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told that the reason the staff member said not to bring my children was because they could not directly tell me to hire a babysitter. I found this response extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Not every family has access to childcare, and suggesting that parents simply find a babysitter is not a reasonable solution. If this facility has a policy prohibiting children from accompanying a parent during evaluation appointments, that policy should be clearly communicated before appointments are scheduled. Families should be informed in advance so they can make other arrangements or seek care elsewhere if necessary. My concern is not about having rules or policies. It is about how the situation was handled. The interaction lacked professionalism, understanding, and basic courtesy toward a parent who was simply trying to comply with the clinic's requirements while caring for young children. Parents considering this facility should ask about its policies regarding children before scheduling appointments.

Right Choice was the wrong choice for our family…read more My brother is ID and 68. During the entire year that Right Choice provided services, not a single supervisor ever came to home to observe caregivers, ensure they were providing appropriate care, or coordinate with his Personal Assistance (PA) and Independent Living Skills (ILS) providers. Not once. Because there was virtually no supervision, we made attempts to operationalize a routine for my brother with the caregivers. A checklist of things that should be done to create structure and routine. Communication from RC was none existent. Calls were not returned, although Leslie was responsive and did her best to help. Right Choice failed to provide the supervision, accountability, and quality of care expected. Regional Center came to rescue and got us an another vendor. Our mistake as newbies is ask questions before entering agreement for piece of mind.

I attended physical therapy at California Rehab from July through December 2025, and overall I had…read morea positive experience. Claudia at the front desk she truly keeps everything running. She's efficient, kind, and always on top of scheduling, insurance, and any questions I had. Her professionalism made a big difference during a long course of treatment. I'm especially grateful to Corey and Ashley for helping me get back to a better place physically. My herniated disc and sciatica have improved a lot, and I learned exercises and habits I'll continue using. That said, I do recommend requesting one of the female therapists if you can. I found them to be warmer and more engaged, while some of the male therapists weren't as friendly or welcoming when I came in multiple times a week. It was really off-putting when I would come in and make eye contact with some of the male therapists and they would not even say hello, they acted very arrogant and would it hurt to say a simple hello or a nod. A couple of downsides: the facility feels a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be better some chairs, therapy beds, and floor area were dusty. I would be on the carpet and I could see all the dust it was really gross. They need to do better! I also wish the therapists spent more than about 15 minutes with patients before handing off to aides, who didn't always seem fully confident with the exercises. Even with those concerns, I'm thankful for the progress I made here and for the staff who genuinely cared about my recovery.
