Office staff didn't know their jobs nor had no sense of humor ; just wanting to file claims. After this ruthless treatment a handicapped child was blackballed and not allowed to have services that would help in getting independence in life. Not all autism services serve children over 19 years old so the choices out there are few. No references were given as promised ; poor continuity of care and many lies. Maybe a competitor should come forward that can think outside of the box and actually HELP PEOPLE. .
