Several…read morenurses knew less than nothing about administering insulin safely to a diabetic post-stroke who had major changes in his diet. Twice they went to give him large doses of insulin after they refused to check his sugar level before administering, we checked on our own & he was dangerously low at 42! They would have killed him TWICE. We were forced to stay with him overnight several times to make sure the night shift didn't give him insulin by mistake. Absolute incompetence! We were in constant contact with the unit nursing supervisor but the nurses continued to screw up, even bringing in someone else's medicine to give him. The CNAs were constantly disgruntled at working there & very vocal about hating their jobs & complaining about patients. They refused to use the transfer methods the therapists were training dad on and instead insisted on using the hoyer lift which meant he wasn't allowed to practice standing and transferring, which is the whole point of rehab. The therapists even forgot to train him on how to transfer into the car before discharge. Disgraceful facility!!! Do not send your loved one there. Even your enemies deserve better.

Experience one nurse came in to give Mom her shot only had one alcohol wipe when ask why she only has one, her words was I thought I brought two but fail to return to get another wipe blood and the stomach area with the same alcohol wipe unacceptable. Jo Ann the office manager at this clinic has engaged in the criminal activity of fraud. I am an…read moreAir Force Veteran. I had a slip and fall in my neighborhood witch resulted in an injury case against my HOA. I receive healthcare though the VA . The VA authorized massages and accupuncture to help manage my pain. The VA requires legacy clinic to report all my scheduled appointments to them including date, time, and therapist notes. The VA insurance is Optum and they keep extensive records. Those records are kept in a database and the VA gives us access to retrieve data 24-7. The trail is in discovery and both lawyers requested my records from legacy clinic to prepare expert opinions about my condition. Jo Ann, the office man compiled the report. She fabricated 3 false appointments that reported me as fine only 6 days after my fall. The Dr. referenced the appointments in his report. I compared the appointments with the VA website and it didn't include the fraudulent dates on my appointments or the billing data. Jo Ann reported false information on purpose with intensions to harm my case. This is FRAUD! When I discovered the discrepancy, my wife called Jo Ann and confronted her with the mistake. Jo Ann tried to cover it up and created more false information as well as sign in sheet. We reported the criminal activity to the VA as well as filed a police report with the Sheriff department. The sheriff department tried to protect her, giving me the runaround. I was finally able to file the report when I asked for a supervisor. My guess is the Jo Ann uses FRAUD often because why would the Sheriff department try so hard to turn me away? This saddens me because the massage therapy and accupuncture are great but I can patronize a business with shady people. Im going to follow up to ensure that Jo Ann is punished for her FRAUD!

I am always a little early for my appointments ( same time I would arrive if I drove myself) and I'm picked up in 15 mins or less when I call and say I'm done. I think this is great service. I had other companies not pick me up for 2-4 hours. I could go on and on on what a great service they do. They are also compassionate drivers. They treat you like family. I am very thankful for them.
