I casually informed the front staff that I have FMLA forms. I kindly asked if after my appointment could I leave the forms with the doctor to sign, that they don't need to be turned in until 7/22. The old Indian lady at the front desk said " I don't know her, I'm not filling any forms out. " I then told her, I don't need you to know me. I'm here for a primary care appointment post surgery. I have 3 small children and my husband needs to take off 6-8 weeks for my recovery. That I don't even need the forms to be filled out today. I told her that her nasty attitude was unnecessary & that I don't need their services. I asked to talk to own of the company and she told her co worker to call the police. The doctor came out and she explained her side of the story. Once it was my time to talk, she started talking over me immediately. I told her that I let her talk so she needs to let me speak now. The doctor demanded me to leave. This is the worse service I ever experienced in my life. When I clicked the email and text links to confirm our appointments, the message was "you cannot cancel your appointment at this time." We showed up an hour ahead of our appointments to fill out paperwork and were told that we did NOT have appointments and THAT I HAD RESCHEDULED US TO 9/15. I explained my situation needing PT again, pointed out it made no sense for me to postpone my appointment after having moved it up, showed the office manager the text I'd received Friday afternoon (8/14-the day she insisted I'd rescheduled) and she was very rude, repeating that I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD RESCHEDULED. Then when she said she would try to get ME seen by a RESIDENT, she said she could only accommodate one of us, so I said don't bother and goodbye.
