I drove 50 minutes to drop it off and on the way there talked to a nurse and she didn't say they were already closed for the day instead she said that's perfect just leave them at the front desk. I explained my frustrations to them and they decided they didn't want as a patient because they didn't want complaining at the clinic. The doctor even said he wouldn't see me because I had a pre op with someone at Froedert the following week which is also another lie. Do not trust this clinic or their doctors they do not care about people or their feelings. It doesn't matter what you've been through it's just the same all about the money.

After I confirmed their services were covered, they gave me the names of the people who were taking new patients and suggested I go online and review their profiles to select a therapist. I've been to a few different places and I feel that this was the easiest and most helpful 'new patient process' that I have had. They call you 2 days before your appointment to remind you - for privacy reasons they call from an unlisted number and leave a voicemail that is vague. For example: "This is a reminder that you have an appointment with (therapist's first name) on (date, time)." There is a 24 cancellation policy - so you'll need to make sure you can commit to the appointments that you make. The inside is professional looking and always very clean. When I walk up to reception I'm always greeted quickly and my appointments always start on time.

Referrals were prompt to specialists and necessary. There weren't any unnecessary tests or appointments. I am and advocate for my health care and that is respected. If I'm not able to advocate, they work respectfully with my representative. Have there been changed...yes. Have they all been for the good....Is that all in the Doctor....No.! They are not gods. It's truly amazing what they must know to help everyone. I for one would not be here if its wasn't for my NP and Doctor.
