After 20 years of suffering and only able to remember the life I once lived, I needed a full hip replacement. Sadly, the pain continued following the surgery, so bad in fact that several nights a week for the past three plus years, I was unable in getting a good nights sleep. Therefore I didn't realize that I would only be elegible for the "free consultation" after sitting in a room full of people watching inaudible (per the woman sitting next to me straining to hear) video testimonials and an hour long lecture (which I couldn't stay for because I didn't arrange for it) about the endocrine system. I am not sure when the consultation would've happened if 15 other people were likely there for the same purpose. I'm just saying, a little heads up would have been considerate of my time. I'm not knocking this, but I don't consider this "free," especially when it's sprung on you when you show up.
