He discussed with us what had to happen and who was responsible. He did most of the things needed for us. We got thru the process in a matter of days without feeling pushed but feeling cared for in a way that made the process very simple and comforting. The caskets are made of hardwood and fulfilled the desire to stay as close to nature as my mom had described back in the Caribbean. The website allowed me to see such a serene atmosphere where the monks create the caskets as their stewardship and as their trade. The caskets are blessed before being shipped out and a memorial tree is planted in that person's name! Aside from that beautiful thought, a removal wooden cross, inset into the cover can be removed, as a keepsake and other crosses are included and may be ordered to give to others. The top cover of the casket can be inscribed and a biblical verse added. Everyone remarked at the physical beauty of these caskets, but also at the very spiritual dimensions that made this inevitable episode that much more consoling and serene, I pre-ordered mine too.

He explained wonderfully every aspect of the move. He gave what proved to be a very accurate estimate of how long the move would take. Another company I called gave an hourly rate but did not come to my place so had no idea what needed to be moved or how long it would take and thus how much it would cost. After speaking with Roger I was confident that all of my belongings would be handled in the most careful, professional and efficient way. Powell Express is a very professional operation with great equipment to make the move as efficient as possible. All went smoothly. Feeling concerned I later got a call from Mr. Roger who told me he refused to work with me and didn't know the difference between an inventory list and an detailed list. I suggest you use a mover who knows how to be professional, mature and above all knows the trade. Harassing potential customers is a terrible way to grow your business.
