From the moment Renée, the funeral director came to my mothers home at 5am, every single thing was done with respect, and with incredible care. I knew that I was turning my mother over to the right place. Mom selected HSK because of the outstanding job that was done when my brother passed away. Without a doubt if you call HSK for a loved one or even for yourself to check on future arrangements, you will feel these wonderful people will think of everything I'm not kidding. I was so upset and couldn't think what all I should be doing. Renee and her team of outstanding women calmly walked me through everything. This includes the obituary, the flowers, the guest book, simply everything. I don't know what I would have done without HSK care. I had never planned a funeral. I didn't want to say Good-bye. But from the moment my mother was picked up at her home, to the end of the funeral everything was completed. Even Thank you notes, extra obituaries, just everything was done with patience and care. Thank you so much to everyone at Hoffman, Schneider and Kitchen. I can't begin to tell you how perfect you made everything for my Mother and all the family. Even when my sister showed up late and messed with your schedule, the whole team at Hoffman Schneider and Kitchen shifted gears and made things look flawless. Alanza (sp?) in particular went the extra mile with all aspects. She was respectful and followed our lead with the atmosphere. During the planning, she offered unbiased advice and had immediate answers to all our questions. During such sadness, her professionalism could not have been appreciated more by all of us.
