I hate to say would have should have... But.. If I had known his fees were reasonable.. I would have used Jon for my 203K loan on my other house. (and not be crying at the legal Issues that arose..) I was trying to save money.. Do Call Jon!! with any Realestate issues!! You won't be sorry. Jon Costagliola ESQ is amazing! He and Connie (his right hand woman) (small firm) answered all my questions, explained even sent me a copy of a sample contract to review before hiring!! (I'm not sure if he does this for everyone; but after my last lawyer.. ugh Jon was very understanding. Of course he also sat down with us to go over the final contract at signing (the buyers had there lawyer make changes.) I can not express enough my positive!! interactions. At contract signing; Jon prepared a frequently asked questions page. Which was very helpful and I referred to it on a few occasions. : ), Jon Costagliola ESQ provided excellent customer service and professionalism. I'm having to redo my 203K loan ..
