I have retained this law firm to handle my mom's Medicaid planning and estate planning…read more Annamarie Gentile, and Stephanie DeMario and their staff are extremely knowledgeable, competent, professional and supportive. I got a response to any question I asked by the end of the day either with a phone call or email. Their ability to navigate the complicated system has relieved all of my worries and concerns. I would highly recommend this firm. Susan R

This review is strictly from my own personal experience with this law firm and Gabriella Giovinazzo…read moreas my attorney representing me. I paid this firm in total $8,306 for child support modification and possibly retaining them for an enforcement/modification of my visitation court order pending how the firm does in child support. And it was horrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. If you're the noncustodial father looking for a firm to fight for you this isn't the firm for you. I have a court order regarding my visitation and rights, even though it's clear as day my child's mother was violating the order, Gabriella Giovinazzo stance was because the mother has full custody and all final decision making there was nothing I could do. Firstly I highly recommend going over every invoice they send you. Secondly, they bill you 2.5 hours when there's a court appearance even if it last less than an hour, which I feel is ridiculous given the fact child support is through zoom and never that long, but that was my fault since I forgot it usually never lasted that long and overread that part when reading the agreement paperwork. My zoom conference for child support lasted about 40,50 minutes. They charge you for every email even when it's a simple ask, for example, I emailed my lawyer, Gabriella Giovinazzo, when court was a couple days away just to ask if there was anything I needed since I haven't heard from her and got charged for that. Before going into the zoom conference Gabriella Giovinazzo called stating they would like to settle and not go to trial. She said this would be better and easier since my child support would go up and I won't be paying her more, not remembering that I'm already paying her up to 2.5 hours when we go into court even if we settle. I asked some questions and finally agreed to settling. During the zoom conference to finalize the settlement, I found out Gabriella Giovinazzo didn't submit evidence regarding a letter from my employment about my healthcare being secondary and not blocking the other parents medical coverage but because of that my secondary coverage dropped. I asked to speak to my attorney since we came to an agreement before we went on zoom but something came up where I had questions but my attorney just stood on zoom looking at the camera and didn't call me, so basically I was asking and representing myself to the magistrate who was answering all my questions as my attorney just stood looking on and not saying anything or defending my stance. After the zoom conference I didn't get a call to follow up or if I had any questions or concerns or if I was satisfied about the outcome but I sure did get another bill. I paid and lost $8,306 to a firm to basically look pretty on a zoom call conference where I could have represented myself and gotten the same outcome. I paid more in emails in concerns for my child's mother breaking the court order on my visitation weekends which didn't even matter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY FATHERS TRYING TO FIGHT THE SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE'S A COURT ORDER AND OTHER PARENT IS VIOLATING IT AND DO RIGHT BY THEIR CHILD(REN) GO TO ANOTHER LAW FIRM.
